Yes these are the ones I've been looking at, that have got my hopes up for a £5k bargain... What do you think, I noticed none really have much information about what the owner has done with the car, jsut the standard autotrader stuff... My westy advert was like war and peace!! It's always hard to tell on the internet as pictures can hide so much it is unreal. Not liking the ginger Zed and the other one says manual but it has an auto box by the looks of it in the pictures. For me I like the look of the silver/gun metal one from a private seller that is £4900. It's a higher mileage but that shouldn't be a problem if it's be serviced correctly. The seller seems to have at least taken the time to get some good pictures and if it was me I'd try an email or phone call to see what I can find out from him/her about the service history etc. Also worth asking what fuel they've been using as the Zed should only be run using Super unleaded fuel and if a lower octane fuel is used for any great length of time it can lead to big engine problems. If you're really interested in it then you could pay to have a HPI check done on it also which is a must imo on any second hand car. Service schedule for the 350Z is here; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/31110-service-schedule-for-a-350z/ Worth getting to know that as it will help you ascertain how well looked after a Zed has been because certain things should be done depending on the year/mileage covered. Eg: spark plugs every 5years or 54K miles whichever comes soonest.

Like this a lot ~ wrong time for me though as I have other plans but good luck with the sale Cal.

Welcome aboard. -
My wheels are prodrive GC-06d's..... Apparently they are ultra rare and very light weight (according to the internet). So I thought why not throw a sticker on it lol On a down point though a bird has just crapped on my gleaming car í ½í¸¡.... I was at least hoping for a week or two with out washing it. Do you think a microfibre and qd will get it off? It was finished with swissvax Just had another look at your Zed to check out the alloys ~ very nice and subtle too. Missed those first time around with all the other nice bits on your Zed to look at. Re: Bird cr*p ~ if it was me I'd water down the poo, rinse off as much as possible just with pressure from a hose pipe, then with my shampoo & woolen mitt gently remove anything remaining followed by drying the area. Bl**dy typical that is though isn't it.

^^ Great videos all. -
Welcome aboard. Loads of good info on here so your in the right place.

Looks fantastic Crb ~ you have to be pleased with that. Why the "Prodrive" sticker though on the slam panel? surely that's a Subaru thing or do they do stuff for the Zeds too??

What a difference a snow foam gun can make.

Glad to read everyone's getting on well with their snow foam guns. Still love mine ~ regarding snow foam if you have a read through the pages there are some suggestions from people that you may want to try. I was lucky enough to be given some Car Chem snow foam from ilogikal1 to try which was pretty good. Almost time for me to try some new stuff again as my Demon snow foam is almost gone. Fyi I tend to only use around 100ml odd (2-3 capfulls) of snow foam but then I only ever fill the bottle roughly 3/4 with warm water. -
Brilliant camera skills there with some great action shots. Good to see also all the different things people have done to their Zeds ~ gives me so many ideas.

HP INKJET PRINTER CARTRIDGES, SLR CAMERA, AIRGUNS
GMballistic replied to GMballistic's topic in Spotted on Ebay or Other
Best ask Vlad about that then. You may have to travel to Russia though to pick it up and I'm not to sure you'll get it back in your suit case past customs. -
Great colour and the Zed looks like a beaut. What's with the parking though in the last pic, ..in particular the Golf on the lawn!. Just for the photo?
-
You can indeed; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/White-Black-Cable-Ties-100-140-150-160-200-250-300-370-400-430-500-530-580-710mm-/161214831404?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=460268781025&hash=item2589271b2c As well as green, red, orange.... pretty much any colour you can think of.

The extra tax is irrelevant, its 2 x tanks of fuel over a year..! But after 2006 you get a better interior and a few more horses, I would trade that off against 2 tanks of fuel.. The better interior though Will can be retro fitted in the older DE ~ bhp difference between the older/newer DE engine is negligible, plus the UpRev supposedly burns a lot of oil according to some. Anyway the tax thing wouldn't bother me but it's worth noting as I've heard it annoying some before.

HP INKJET PRINTER CARTRIDGES, SLR CAMERA, AIRGUNS
GMballistic replied to GMballistic's topic in Spotted on Ebay or Other
Guess it depends on how much you use them ~ my airguns have been rarely used in the last few years. To be honest they've been out more times just for cleaning & oiling then actual use. Still got a few C02 pistols I'm hanging on to though as they are so much fun shooting at my metal "fairground" style target. -
Get a small round file wizurd and slowly file the inside of the pipe holder until it is wide enough to hold the Samco hose. That's what I'd do anyway.
-
Worth noting that there is a higher tax band on cars after 2005/2006 I believe it is there about's and also that the older DE has the best torque figures.
-
Awesome wizurd, ...but my OCD wants me to push the over flow pipe into the clip holder on the radiator surround.
-
PMSL. Thanks for the laugh all.

Welcome aboard and don't worry about the spelling ~ TommyJones or whatever he's called is the worst and he can barely string a sentence together but we get the jist of it usually. (no offence Tommy) Enjoy the Zed and impending Zeditus.
