  1. No problem at all ~ takes everyone a little while to get used to where things are so don't worry about it. Sure you'll have a great time if you go to the Ace Cafe meet ~ if it was closer I'd go but alas it's not.
  2. That's Amys Zed ~ she's a member on here (just been in Banzai magazine). Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/86788-check-out-our-amy/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/88186-banzai-magasine-out-today-my-350z-feature/ Congrats on winning the competition btw. Just fyi: Totally the wrong section for this type of thread ~ should probably be in "Off Topic" ~ suppose it gives the mods something to do.
  3. Fyi ~ most of the time the bumper clips will get broken or damaged when removing them for fitting these things or removing bumper etc. You can get plenty of Nissan clips on eBay. Much cheaper than Nissan dealers charge. For example, link; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Toyota-Nissan-Lexus-Bumper-Retainer-Trim-Clip-x20-/270719480465?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f08237291
  4. I would think the water in your exhaust should evaporate when you get the exhaust hot enough ~ maybe you should try a good 30 minute drive somewhere. Hopefully there's no permanent damage done or problems caused. Look's pretty deep in places.
  5. Saw this earlier and thought of you Dave. Picture taken at Goodwood last year sometime.
  6. I do the same. 36 litres last fill so about £50 odd a week ~ think I'm doing around 120-150 miles odd a week?
  7. Amongst all the "chatter" did you notice that link I posted to that Zed for sale? post n#31? Not sure if it's any good for you but just thought I'd let you know again in case you missed it. Good luck either way with your search.
  8. Glad you're enjoying your Zed ~ they can get stoned chipped quite badly as the fronts pretty low. Not the end of the world though. Oh and welcome.
  9. I know a lot of people do recommend Paisley Freight but personally I wouldn't use them. Didn't have a good experience with them. E.g. Didn't turn up for collection/rearranged collection for another day & they still didn't turn up/rearranged collection again & TNT turned up to collect. Just my experience of them though. Here's some threads about couriers; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/77881-recommend-a-courier/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/48465-help-with-a-courier/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/65884-courierdelivery-horror-storys/
  10. You need to get the Mrs an Alfa like this one LRF4N.
  11. I get that you went out together for a bite to eat = not gay at all, ....but why'd you stop in a secluded woodland area? ;) *Dramatization ~ grundy & Dedmans dinner date may not have been like the above* Both Zeds look good btw.
  12. Good spot Zhorno ~ be a bargain for someone.
  13. It's called the "pedal dance" ~ more info here; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/53148-how-to-ecu-accelerator-pedal-throttle-valve-resets/ Can be awkward to get right sometimes but works a treat I've found. Clears the EML.
  14. Just found this restoration online of a 1972 Datsun 240Z. Not sure if they'll be anything helpful in it for you but just thought I'd let you know. Link: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/datsun-240z-restoration-and-modification-2.html
  15. Interesting write up and good pictures. Hopefully I'll never need this guide though.

He's not on the forum as much nowadays as he used to be so he may take a little longer replying but I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
  17. ^^ They may be straight though but I'm hazarding a guess they're not.
  18. Welcome aboard and hope the Zeds back in good shape soon for you to enjoy.
