I agree. Sh*tty thing to do imo. Some of my neighbours kid's pi** me off by making noise etc but hardly right to go kidnapping one of them and dumping them in the middle of nowhere.

Ok so the picture I can see of the drivers side headlight still looks pretty bad (as you mentioned). It's hard to tell obviously without seeing it in person but mine was pretty bad and although difficult to tell it was actually outside damage. The different grades of wet & dry paper is what made the difference to mine. If I was you I'd try using wet & dry sand paper on that with loads of water followed by the metal polish you've been using.

Did you get the camera new then Stu? Keep looking at them on eBay but tbh not even sure how much they are new.

Looks like good footage. Did you mount the GoPro on the windscreen or bonnet then? ..with a suction cup I presume. Keep thinking I really should get a GoPro at some point. Probably wait till next year before I go on a track day or something.

I know some people like to hide the age of their cars but not me. I'm with you grundy, ...53 plate and proud.

Why just yellow though Guy? couldn't you just get one in silver/black/red etc and get it wrapped in yellow afterwards?. What's the budget also might help.

Funny thing is I don't think as many people as you'd think even know how the registration plates work. One of my neighbours daughters that I know (30 something year old) was admiring my car & chatting to me whilst I washed it. She was commenting the usual "I like your car", blah blah blah and I said "yeah thanks, not bad for an 11 year old car". To which she said "I thought it was a newer car!". I said "No it's a 53 plate", ..."Oh is that what that means?!" she replied.
