I gave up on the stock fans after mine constantly jammed and my coolant hitting the skies splattering out the bonnet Ended up with mishimoto fans for I think £160 and are perfect. They are loud when sitting still but doesn't bother me.

All open ended wheel nuts for me go all rusty Going for sick speed 60mm with caps on end to see if they are any good

Since your young keep your Volvo as the daily then the z as the weekend toy. If I never ran the polo as my daily I wouldn't of been able to afford it due to fuel to be honest.
