**PAYMENT IS NOW REQUIRED ASAP AS THE HOTEL WOULD LIKE A PRE ORDER OF DESSERT CHOICES. Sunday Lunch for the drive out on in Wales this year will one again be at the The Waterloo Hotel in Betws-y-Coed. http://waterloo-hotel.info/ We have taken on board the comments some of you made regarding the service last year and we have received reassurances from the hotel management that this was a "one off". We have decided that given this was the only hiccup we have had with them over the years that on balance it is still the most convenient place that suits our route needs, especially on a bank holiday Sunday. We will of course, have exclusive use of their car park immediately opposite the hotel again. This year we have elected to revert back to the Carvery which is much easier to serve and involves no complicated menu choices for us to administer. The Carvery will consist of the following choices on the day- Roast Topside of Welsh Beef with Yorkshire Pudding Roast Breast of Turkey Roast Gammon Glazed with Honey Mustard Selection of fresh seasonal vegetables & potatoes Warm Chocolate Brownie with Chocolate Sauce Raspberry Trifle with Chantilly Cream Vanilla Creme Brulee with Homemade Shortbread Lemon & Blackberry Tart Selection of Homemade & Traditional Ice Creams & Sorbets If you require a vegetarian option please put a capital letter V at the end of your payment details below, those choices will be:- Baked Fillet of `salmon with White Wine Sauce Roast Mediterranean Vegetables with Quinoa The cost is £14.20 per head. To make life easier for all involved The Forum will pay in advance but this requires you to pay ASAP. How to pay:- Use the "Donate" button at the top right of our menu bar and this will take you to the Paypal page, once you have logged on please do the following:- Enter the amount at £14.20 per head Go to Delivery Address and click CHANGE ADD A NEW ADDRESS LEAVE COUNTY AND YOUR NAME UNCHANGED IN ADDRESS LINE 1 ENTER "WALES SUNDAY LUNCH" IN ADDRESS LINE 2 ENTER "YOUR FORUM USER NAME" ENTER YOUR TOWN ENTER YOUR POST CODE CLICK SAVE PAY NOW When you have completed this please add yourself to the list as paid with the amount, don't forget to list your +1 if appropriate. PLEASE DO NOT ADD YOURSELF TO THE LIST UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID. Thank you PLEASE ALSO ADD YOUR CHOICE OF DESSERTS AFTER YOUR NAME WHEN YOU HAVE PAID

At last, a Police Force targeting HGV drivers. Many of you will know I drive a considerable amount of miles annually and this is one of my pet hates, the number of HGV's I see lane wandering because the driver is texting is quite incredible. The worst incident I witnessed was an HGV with trailer coming towards me at a mini roundabout steering with one hand and phone in the other as he negotiated the roundabout, he was clearly looking down at the phone!!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-surrey-27196621

After the success of the Hog Roast on Saturday evening last year at the Moreton Park Lodge we have decided to do this again this year. We do understand that not everybody likes or eats pork so, please, if you require an alternative food choice (this will be from the standard menu and may not be served at exactly the same time as the Hog Roast) please list your name or that of your partner below only if you DON"T want Hog Roast. For example, if it's you, then just list your Forum user name, if it's your partner, please list as your Forum user name partner:- glrnet and or glrnet partner Please do this ASAP as we need to let the hotel know numbers etc. Please keep this on topic. Thank you

Guys, the parking was a shambles last year and Steve has asked Madmarky and I to sort it out this year and we are happy to help, so please look out for us and park as requested so that we can leave space for those who need track access or want to leave early. I thank you -

Thanks buddy, it's the RAM that concerns more than the SSD capacity as I envisage keeping this one for at least 3 years and don't want it to become obsolescent by not being able to keep up with software demands made on the RAM. I've got until July to make my mind up, if I'm lucky there'll be an offer or discount of some kind before then. -
