As Alex says you need to try all that first, if it does turn out to be your slave cylinder which can be quite common we have them on the shelf. A pressurised bleeder will not work on the 350Z

Its a common issue on the 350, we have the genuine covers in stock for £195 each http://www.clarkmotorsport.co.uk/website/webshop/productsSearch.asp?searchPartType=Panel&searchCategory=Engine+Part Its also advisable to change the rocker cover gasket, they are £11.99 each

No you should be fine with them, they give a 17mm drop at the front and a 14mm at the rear which haven't caused interference issues with that size of spacer. Let me know if you need further information
