My son has a VX220 Turbo well within your price range Looking for a buyer at the moment

Got to be worth a shot, would be useful if you could gather some more results from other similar year GT-R's just in case....... its not as if its a cheap Micra..... This is supposed to be their flagship so you would of thought it would have a decent covering.

Zeetoyz is excellent. First class service and incredibly quick with their postage. I have got nearly all their zed bits over the year, and they have never disappointed yet. The guy who runs is is very helpful, and responds very quick to email. I think he would be happy to do a group buy. Site may not be up there with the best, but it does what it needs........ Give him a shout and see what he come up with.

A great deal of faith put on "Dyno's", and not always give the outcome expected or desired. Ryan (Syvecs) spent probably more time road mapping than he did on the dyno, in fact the majority of the time he only used the dyno for final tweaks......and his talent speaks for its self. I think Litchfields reputation speaks for itself, and as Alex stated, only recently installed a dyno I have also been on dyno days with a mixture of cars, where clearly the figures have been adjusted for "bragging rights", and of course to make the customer keep coming back. I think there is arguments for and against both, but as Rich said earlier....... each to their own.

I agree that fitting the D1 even after upRev, made a significant difference, especially when you are high up on the sport mode numbers....... Economy is interesting though you need to wear lead boots to get anything out of the accelerator. Definitely a good buy,

Just for info ..... Yes you can get into the ECU without the software. My son did one for a guy on here is based down in Taunton area ...... That said he has £1000's worth of diagnostic and mapping gear. He has also done a few ECU repairs where the throttle body butterfly has been moved whilst still powered up to the ECU. He gets to play with boys toys all day long

I have replaced the struts for heavy duty ones, purchased new Nissan poppers and still dont work, so will give this one a try next

You can have white and dipped, the advantage is that its a lot more hard wearing than just painted. The guy who dipped mine, finished with the same lacquer they use on the bumpers of high end motors, hard wearing and some gibberish about self healing if you get minor scratch's My dash, center console, and door parts were all done over a year ago and still look like brand new...... definitely worth the investment for a top job

I know I am not in the same position as you because I have a wider entrance to the garage, BUT, I previously had up and over door, and always had to be careful with the framework from the door runners, etc..... So got rid and went for an electric roller door. Got rid of all the frame work, rolls to the roof space, and more importantly, you can park with the ar$e end right back giving plenty of room at the front.......... Best £800 ever spent. Of course, that assumes you have electric to the garage Just gives you food for thought, definately transformed useage.

I have these on my 350 and they totally transformed the look of the car, I actually think they suit the 350 better than the 370. Bonus getting the OEM wheelnuts as I had a nightmare getting hold of mine. I kept the 370 tyres as is for now and not had any issues at all, ride is really nice. GLWTS

"Same" tyres but different width front/read (453 on LMGT4)

They are designed to have offset sizes. The factory wheels and tyres are offset, and advisable to keep them so. Cannot remember the factory sizes. -
That was (I think) one of he guys off the forum......cannot remember his name at the moment, but I dont think it was too long ago when he had that respray, superb colour.
-
The guy is a member of the forum.....just cannot remember his username, but he hails from Sunderland, works away a lot. My wife was speaking to his wife the other week, and she told us that he was breaking the car and selling the parts off. Nice guy, he was the one who introduced me to the Zed. His Zed has the full Nismo kit on, and it was genuine. Dont know why he is breaking it though. I note that he has not been on the forum for a while.

You see thats the sort of practical idea that we would come up with, but with these guys, if they dont pay a fortune then it cant be any good OR.... like we had in the Cortina days, a hidden flick switch to disable the ignition ......1970's Immobilizer.
-
Think he charges £1400 with the 3yr subscription for the fitting. I can see where my son has got his thirst for powerful cars..... Last month he purchased a 2005 M5, but just before we went down last week he had just purchased the M3 with the V8 engine, some sport model that has Carbon roof and floor, and some trick suspension..... that thing goes like a rocket......he lent it to me and his mum for the day whilst he chip tuned her new MX5 ......... and he nearly never got it back

Yep and a tenner buys it :teeth: Guy who owns it, has NOT bought it to drive, but to add to his collection. Insurance company insists on the tracker, and the policy stipulates the tracker dongle and ignition key to be stored in separate places...... but this guy just tapes the dongle to key!!!!! He also brought in another motor this afternoon, valued at just over a cool million........Photos tomorrow I am told
-
Turns out its in for a CAT5 Tracker to be fitted, and a full health check diagnostics. 2005 model, with just 1008 miles on the clock.
-
Still waiting for him to answer his email to find out whats it in for...... will report back when I find out
-
Ford GT actually, but close Good to see someone looked at the pics where one tells you that Yes even the engine tells you its a "Ford GT"
-
:teeth: You guys are so picky. I believe the best way to describe it is "Fast and Thirsty".......... Didn't a certain Topgear presenter have one???
-
GT40

My son who runs his own business, just sent a couple of pics over, of a motor he is currently working on........ :teeth: I WANT I WANT :teeth: :teeth:

I may be wrong, but as far as I have read, it relates to the HR engine which is the 2006 ->
