  1. Yea I was impressed by it, I've been using a laser pointed thing that gives you a reading but this seems a lot more detailed! What's your sons business called? He is Mobile Eco Tuning ..... well thats the mobile side of the business where he has around 5 vans on the road covering the South, but he has opened a technical workshop as well in Weston Supermare, from there he does all the electrical/electronic work for a lot of the main dealers, also involved with Theo Paphitass and his racing cars..... among a few
  2. My son has his own diagnostics/electronics business down South, they have been using these for around a year now, not the snapon one, this is another FLIR device, they use it for diagnostics on batteries, wiring, starter motors, etc as it picks up the hot spots immediately. I forget the make they use, but he is a main supplier for them and all the garages are snapping them up, fantastic diagnostics tool.
  3. Normally they are fitted with plain black plastic sill covers, and the metal one's are aftermarket.
  4. The should be plug n play if you have a UK Zed. As for an image, any 06+ Zed have these so should be able to find tons on google images
  5. Latest Autodata (April 2017) gives the following for Clutch replacement on the zed: Remove and Install Clutch plate, cover & release bearing 4.05 Remove and Install Flywheel 4.30
  6. Yes I had to drink that stuff, for most of the day had a smile on my face as it was doing nothing, then just before bedtime is was like all the hounds of hell had been let lose...... I have never experienced anything like it, and never want to again......thats why they tell you NOT to leave the house once you drink it!!!!
  7. Depends what you call cost effective?
  8. Awesome fun, and really hacked off that time is not on my side. And it was surprising the amount of people who asked you to do little jobs with it once they had seen the quality of the video's...... purely on a non-commercial basis of course
  9. Hiya Keyser, Sorry misleading statements The one I am selling is the brand new QX3 supplied by Horizon Hobby UK, and definitely not the old QX2 which is now sat in their warehouse!!!!! I am "up North" in Darlington......... Shame I didn't post this earlier..... I was in Portsmouth until last night!!!. Just as a matter of interest, to explain why I kicked off with Horizon. There was some significant differences between the QX2 and QX3, better GPS, better battery life. Controller board was redesigned and added better cooling caps as previous model had an issue with overheating caps. fair few cosmetic changes, and a superior firmware.
  10. THIS HAS NOW BEEN SOLD - MOD's could you please lock the thread. I purchased this kit 18 months ago, used it for 6 months then found out the dealer had pulled a fast one on me and actually sent me a previous (troubled) model with some upgrades to make it look like the latest version QX3. Legal action taken, and end result is that Horizon Hobby UK sent me a brand new QX3 Aerial Photography model. This has been setup but never flown. As a result of getting this replacement, I also ended up with a double amount of some of the accessories. In addition, a decent sum was spent on high end batteries, a more advanced DX6 transmitter and some other goodies, including a hard case to house the lot and make transportation simpler. Work commitment means I just dont have time to use it, and its a shame as the quality of the pics and vids from the 16mpx camera are stunning (do a search on YouTube). So I have decided to sell the whole kit at a much reduced price to what it actually cost me. All original boxes, instructions and spares are included. Boxes are like brand new. So what do you get for your £500? Complete with, all original Blade AP Box and spares as supplied by Horizon hobby. Also come complete with: Original Blade 4-Ch Controller Spektrum DX6 6-Ch transmitter 3 x High Power LiPo Batteries (3 new) 1 x 2900mah & 2 x 3300mah LiPo Battery Safe 2 Sets of spare blades 2 USB Controller cables 2 Blade battery Chargers 1 Imax B6AC Professional Balance Charger/Discharge (Genuine & not eBay fake) Blade original Gimbal Camera Mount (can use the likes of GoPro, etc) Blade C-G02 16mpx 3 axis gimbal and HD Camera (See specs below) Battery Alarm/Monitor Blade Handheld 3-Axis Gimbal – Allows you to use the camera as a handheld camera to create stunning shots. All housed in a sturdy “Peli†type carrying case – Everything you need in one place, and also giving you a landing/take-off pad when in the field. 350 QX3 AP Combo RTF: C-Go2 Key Features • WI-FI Password: • Captures smooth, steady aerial video in brilliant high definition • Includes everything in one box • Easy to fly – no experience necessary • 15 - 20 minute flight times • Mast-mounted GPS antenna for improved GPS performance • 5.8GHz Wi-Fi link for compatible iOS and Android devices • Advanced SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology • Smart Flight Mode – SAFE Circleâ„¢ barrier, stick relative control response and GPS/Altitude hold • AP Flight Mode – faster panning and tracking response with GPS/Altitude hold • Return Home function – aircraft returns to start up point and lands on its own • Blade® CGO2 GB 16MP 1080p/60 camera with integrated 3-axis brushless gimbal • 8GB Micro SD card included for camera • E-flite® 3S 3000mAh 11.1V 30C Li-Po Flight Battery • E-flite DC Li-Po battery charger with AC adapter • Spektrumâ„¢ DX4 transmitter with mobile device mount • Four AA transmitter batteries Overview If you’re looking for an easy way to jump into the exciting world of RC camera drones, the Blade® 350 QX3 AP Combo has everything you need in one box. SAFE® Technology Makes You Look Like a Pro What makes the Blade 350 QX3 such a great camera platform? Advanced SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology. Using this technology, the Blade 350 QX3 gives you two flight modes that have been specially programmed for capturing aerial video and images. Both feature self-leveling and use GPS and altitude sensors to precisely hold position in a hover. SAFE technology will even land the aircraft for you if you activate the Return Home function. Smart Mode Perfect for first-time drone flyers. In Smart Mode, the 350 QX3 will always fly in whatever direction the control stick is pushed. This is called Stick Relativity. It doesn’t matter which way the nose is pointed. If you move the control stick to the right, even if the aircraft is spinning, it will fly to the right. Smart Mode also creates a SAFE Circleâ„¢ barrier that prevents the aircraft from flying too close to the pilot. AP (Aerial Photography) Mode For more experienced drone pilots. In this mode, the Blade 350 QX3 responds to control inputs like a conventional RC aircraft without Stick Relativity. It also gives the pilot more control authority by turning off the SAFE Circle and allowing steeper bank and pitch angles. This makes it possible to get faster panning and tracking shots when you’re shooting high-energy, action video. Alternate Flight Modes Available The 350 QX3 gives you the option of accessing an alternate set of Stability and Agility flight modes. These flight modes are programmed for experienced quadcopter pilots who have mastered the basics and are ready for more aggressive response and aerobatic flight. To learn more about accessing Stability and Agility modes, see the manual. Return Home This safety feature can be activated at any time with the flip of a switch. When activated, the Blade 350 QX3 will automatically fly itself back to the place its motors were first started and land without any help from the pilot. It’s great for first-time flyers who aren’t quite ready to land the aircraft themselves. It’s also handy if you temporarily lose sight of your 350 QX3 while chasing down the perfect shot. Just activate Return Home until you regain visual contact and then turn it off to resume control. If for whatever reason the transmitter signal is lost, Return Home will take over and fly the 350 QX3 back to you until it lands or the signal is restored. The free PC programming interface makes monitoring systems, adjusting settings and calibrating sensors as easy as point and click. It features four screens. Sensor Information Screen - See status of all sensors and speed controls at a glance - Check battery voltage and accelerometer operation Calibration Screen - One-click calibration of accelerometers and camera gimbal - Instructions for calibrating compass sensor and DX4 transmitter - Adjust geo-referenced flight boundaries GPS Screen - See number of available satellites and signal strength - Verify latitude, longitude and altitude indications - Verify GPS accuracy Device Information Screen - See programming software version - See quad firmware version and vehicle ID - Update firmware Adjustable Flight Boundaries As an added safety feature, the Blade 350 QX3 operates within geo-referenced flight boundaries that you define. Out of the box, its boundaries are set at 100 meters from and 50 meters above the point where the motors were started. You can adjust these boundaries using the programming interface. Distance Boundary Range 20 m (Approx. 65 ft) out to 2500 m (Approx. 1 ½ miles) Height Boundary Range 20 m (Approx. 65 ft.) up to 1000 m (Approx. 3,280 ft.) Blade CGO2 GB 3-Axis Stabilized Camera The included CGO2 GB combines a 16 megapixel, 1080p/60 camera and a 3-axis brushless gimbal into a single unit that captures smooth, steady aerial video and still images in brilliant detail. It also features a built-in 5.8GHz Wi-Fi link that lets you control the camera and see live streaming video using a compatible iOS or Android mobile device. All you need is the free CGO2 app, available at Google Play and iTunes app stores. A Gimbal Control switch on the included DX4/DX6 transmitter lets you use the throttle stick to tilt the CGO2 GB camera up or down. You can use this control to make quick adjustments in flight or larger adjustments on the ground with the motors off. If you switch to Gimbal Control in flight, the 350 QX3 will suspend throttle control for 5-seconds and hold altitude while you make your adjustment. After 5-seconds throttle control will return to the throttle stick. If you need to make further adjustments in flight, simply cycle the switch from Aircraft Control to Gimbal Control again. You can also engage Gimbal Control on the ground with the motors off. With the motors off, there is no time limit on Gimbal Control. This is a great way to make large camera tilt adjustments and test the Gimbal Control function before you fly. Includes an Easy-to-Use DX4 Transmitter (in addition to the advanced DX6) The included DX4 is a full-range transmitter that uses the same Spektrumâ„¢ DSMX® 2.4GHz technology preferred by RC experts the world over. This advanced signal processing technology provides superb range and interference protection, especially in ‘noisy’ environments where a lot of 2.4GHz systems are in use at the same time. The DX4 also features spring-loaded control sticks that make the Blade 350 QX3 incredibly easy to fly. For instance, when using the throttle stick, instead of having to hunt for the right power setting when entering a hover, just climb or descend to the altitude you want and let go of the stick. The 350 QX3 will automatically hold altitude when the throttle stick snaps back to neutral. The same goes for the other controls. Once you have the aircraft where you want it, just let go of the sticks. With the sticks at neutral, SAFE technology will stabilize the 350 QX3 and hold position until you are ready to fly somewhere else. As already stated, this comes not only with its hard case, all original boxes as it was purchased, along with all instructions from the manufacturer. Asking £500 which is significantly cheaper than I paid, there is currently an AP version on eBay for £465 but it doesn't have half what this kit does. Delivery is via courier at cost to buyer, or can collect. There may be a possibility of delivery as I travel around the country and we might be able to arrange something. Now for the pictures: £500 plus delivery Thanks for looking

    Invidia vs Milltek

I have the Invidia and the Berks and think its an awesome combination. Nice and subdued on tickover or bimbling through town, once on the open road you hit the loud pedal, wind the windows down, and just listen to that sound Not heard the Milltek, but to be honest you would not move me from my current combination..... Oh and NO droning at all on Motorway cruising.

    MR2T ebay..

This seller who is based in Bradford, has a bit of a reputation for manipulating figures. He was banned from IMOC some years back, and if you do a search about this Bradford MR2 dealer, I am sure you will see what buyers of these High Power MR2's, have found after they purchased them!!!!!
  18. I have the exact same reader and it works fine with Torque.

  20. Too much store in "Full service History" with all the stamps..... I know of 2 unscrupulous persons.... and no definately not friends...... who have had their own "Dealer stamp" made up ..... Fortunately not Nissan, but its the way they ensure the cheap cars they buy in, go out with a full service history. They know my feelings on the matter. Always worth doing your own thing for peace of mind, regardless if its needed or not, you at least then know its been done, ticked the box and its good for some time to come.
  21. Download the Torque details HERE, these are direct from my Autodata interface so should be correct. Also attached Technical specification _ Autodata.pdf

    350z hr bonnet

Your local stealership is trying to take you for a ride. A recently purchased my HR bonnet from my local Nissan dealer here in Darlington, was £350 incl VAT £302.59 (just dug out the invoice) incl Delivery. And going by posts in the past, this is roughly what the majority of the guys paid. Can Alex not help? Worst case scenario, give me a shout and I will order through my Nissan dealer. I am in Easingwold most weeks, and the bonnet goes in the back of my Mondeo without issue.
  23. Great stuff guys, thanks. Yep UK 05 DE going to the O6+ headlights. Thanks again
  24. Hi Simon Da Silva Did you get this sorted? reason I ask is I want to upgrade my 05 to the 06+ headlights. What did the upgrade entail as I dont seem to be able to find any decent guides written for the UK modders. Graeme
