  1. For sale we have a japspeed k2 cat back system This came on my Z when I bought it, it's a much lighter option than the standard cat back and also sounds much nicer too! Here is how the exhaust sounded with stock cats.. And how it sounded with silenced decats and toyo sports y pipe (also for sale) .. [ £60 collected from bh23 8na

    Side skirt fitting

Yeah thats one of the images i found for referance, new side skirts do not have any fittings ont hem atal?
  11. Hello all I have my rep V2 kit on its way good times. Now Ive started reading up on fitting, the front bumper is easy enough and I'm happy with, but these side skirts are different to OEM if the guide I'm looking at is correct. The guide stated the bumper is help in place with a combination Of bolts and pop rivets. Once these are removed it's just a case of unpoping all the clips and removing the skirt. The new nismo sides have the holes ready to be drilled along the bottom, fine all good. But there're nismo reps don't seem to have the pop clips(or any mounting for them) that the OEM skirt has. Instead it has groves in the sill where I'm assuming you drill through and then use some sort of plastic rivet to hold them in place? Can anyone confirm this for me, and if I'm correct can someone point me in the right direction and give me sizes for the plastic rivets. Tom.
  12. Glad your okay buddy. Hope it's just the shell that's taken the brunt of it and nothing else is too bad. With the Zshed offering their help I'm sure it will be fixed in no time. Tom
  13. When/If there is a Nismo V2 protection film avalible i would be keen
  14. Excellent thats reasuring, im guessing theres different standards of glassing though. Has anyone clear bra'd there fibreglass bumper before? if so how sucessful was it in reducing cracks/chips. Tom
  15. Yeah I'm used to driving low cars coming from a VW background but I've always had relatively cheap plastic splitters that I can replace. Does anyone know if getting the bumper clear bra'd helps at all? I'm thinking it maybe help reduce the cracks and chipping potential. But as always I could be horribly wrong.
  16. So how is it? I've been looking at getting a nismo v2 rep from EPRacing but haven't bit the bullet yet as I've previously read that the fibreglass bumpers crack and chip paint left right and centre and anyone who owns one is constantly in the paint shop. Are these people just terrible drivers and hit everything in sight causing them to crack and chip or is it really this bad even if you are a careful driver? Please insert you opinion below.
