It's sad, McLaren are my local team, I just can't stand Jenson so I won't support them
McLaren do so much for our area, I'd like to see them successful again.
Mixed rubber?
Budget tyres I'm lead to believe. He was offered MPSS's but said no... more fool him
Edit: this is not entirely true and I'm not sure what the issue was, I'm guessing something important broke
Why were they strange Mouthwash!?
Must admit I had a mini panic when my phone went from you Grundy, I knew you were supposed to be on track! Unfortunately engine spares are one of the few things I don't have so I'm unable to offer anything to the cause, but anything else I'll do my best to help
They're expensive in the states and expensive to ship as even the genuine Nismo ones are fibreglass, so the risk of breakage is high unless you massively over pack them
I doubt you'll be able to find a genuine one in the UK, but he is the man to ask for importing bits from the states
Just as an FYI it's a Nismo V3 rear bumper and that's a very flattering view of it:
I tried to return to an Ice Hockey forum I'd not been on for a few years and had the novel issue that I'd been deleted so couldn't log in, but I couldn't re-join because my email address was already registered on their database, therefore no bueno I couldn't join again.
Is there a ford heritage centre in the UK?
I know that Mercedes-Benz World look after an old merc for the owner for free, so long as it's something special they can put on display and they'll keep it maintained and immaculate. Best thing is, you still have the investment, you can still see it whenever you like under awesome lighting and other people get to appreciate your pride and joy too. It's also always going to be safe and protected from harm.
There's a far easier way anyway, ask your insurers. They check with them your policy details anyway, especially if the car is modified, and as you have to tell the insurance company if the car is an import or not, they'll know.
To be honest, I'd say drive the cossie Not many people get to drive them and they were supposed to be a superb drivers car. Who gives a crap if it gets dirty?! You can always clean it again
