1. Probably a couple of weeks. As soon as I get sent the tickets I'll send an update.
2. Hey I didn't put you in that category
3. Haters going to Hate Stockers going to Stock Oldies going to be old. Love ours.
4. I think you're going to struggle to keep the tread within the arch
5. Do you have coilovers for the car?
6. Compared to it lowered, looks a million times better.
7. No then. This was mine on stock height, with an 11J wheel on a 265 tyre....Only JUST fit. And I had my arch pulled out by about 15/20mm I honestly wouldn't fit them until you've lowered the car and got the cambered lined up.
8. Okay I should of said 'for a 350z without arch mods' -.- Are they really rota's? and is that a drift or TA car?
9. 265's were fine on my car, but I didn't want stretch, so moved up to 275, after raising it's fine, but going hard in a corner on an incline does cause some slight rub :/
10. Depends what you consider stretch is. There's people on here who think a 235/40 on a 9.5J wheel is 'Mad stretch yo' which in reality, is barely noticable. But if you put a 195 on a 9.5J, Then that's where you're running stupid stretch, which the scene kids love. Which indeed boarders the line of Illegal, tyre will pop off, damage, @*!#/dangerous on track. You've chosen show/scene wheels. These aren't for track in those sizes, unless you get arch extensions. As you're going to have to run stretch for them to work on track without rubbing. I've got a 275 on an 11J wheel. And I rubbed, I had to raise the rear a little to stop that. As I said, these aren't track wheels, these will fit, but to make them work on track, they're going to look crap as you will either need to -Run a high ride height to avoid rubbing, - Go silly stretch to have it low and no rubbing, - or spastic camber.
11. Yeah so fine for a straight line As soon as you corner hard though, more than likely going to rub hard.
12. Wheres the issue? I've posted twice now with pictures of them fitted fine on a zed... If you're not lowered though, I wouldn't bother attempting.
13. It's going to fit....you're not the first, loads of people are running those wheels on zeds. You aren't going to tell with the wheel jacked up and no rubber..
14. Isn't that just paint in the recess? Use a fine brush and it should look good, or masking tape and a scalpel.
15. Which would stick out more than the +20 ahem yes I realised I had offsets the wrong way round when I said it! but even so, going for a wheel that's 3.5" wider than standard and lowering the offset by 13mm, that's a no from me! Still, interesting to see how this pans out! Already posted a picture. That's how it pans out. If he doesn't lower it and add a touch of camber, it won't pan out well.
16. Just ignore everyone saying these don't fit. I'm surprised so many people are saying they don't. And I'm also surprised you haven't looked into these wheels, considering these are like the new OEM/Grid wheels...Loads of people on this forum running them this year. They're not going to tuck until you lower the car and roll the arches. Just do some research on google, as most on this forum are going to tell you No.
17. +1 same issue with DPZ. Went to the ring last week. And it occurred on roads/corners which had elevations and inclines. If anything the issue forces you to understeers as you can't keep the power down to swing the rear round. And as DPZ says, it's not about going round a corner too fast, it's happens at all sorts of speed, happened when doing 30mph round a corner. So neither under or oversteer would of occurred. However the car was perfectly fine round the GP circuit. Was taking corners at 60/80/100 mph no issue. I have hankooks all round, correct tyre sizes too. The reason DPZ wants to turn the TC off is because it's kicking in when it shouldn't making it more dangerous to drive with it on. For me on my 1500 mile journey it only happened on the ring and a few mountain roads. Anywhere with an incline. #teamtarmac
18. You do realise that the OP wants to know the correct dimensions for a Charge speed rear bumper number plate recess.. So he can then go buy the correct sized number plate for the rear bumper.
19. When I'm back from Germany, I'll drop you a PM buddy, this is in my territory of knowledge
20. For a quicker response, drop him a PM buddy.
21. Dropped on BC Coils. No major issues. No Scrapes or rubs. Just certain road levels/Speed bumps you will have to take at an angle.
22. Would it not make sense just to lock this thread and just include everyone invited into a group PM?
23. Love how mouthwash "liked" this... Hooning it in a tunnel, ...revving up in a car park then wheel spinning off. Boom a wild Grundy appears - The difference is though, Ian acknowledges that they're shaking their head because he's driving like a ****, he doesn't create threads asking why And anyone thinking people just shake their head because they see a sports car is a joke....driving like an idiot is the only reason. /thread. Well no not really, because when i am driving in a normal area i drive reasonably sensibly The peado wink at the end makes me think different.
