I believe they do have the power to apply global bans. I'm sure some Morocan player got a global ban for something (possibly punching a ref) and they've dished them out for match fixing I believe. Not sure if there are sentencing limits for violent conduct against another player (e.g. 10 match maximum ban). Personally I think a little assault charge and some time in a "cushy" Brazilian jail might help "correct" him.

He's going to overshadow their cash cow, I should think they'll tear him a new one. Anything that jeopardies the sponsorship, I mean tournament.

For fresh "gifts from above", I tend to just water (the warmer the better if at all possible) through an adjustable trigger spray head so you can adjust from a jet to get most of it off to more of a fine mist to "rinse" the general area. If it's been on the paint for longer though it usually needs to soak for a minute or two first. Failing that, any QD or waterless wash should suffice with a soft microfibre - I know both CG Speed Wipe and Eco Touch Waterless both work okay. Again it's best to soak it for a minute before wiping it away. Depending on which QD you use, you're likely to add a bit of protection if anything, so perfectly wax safe. I've got a little bird @*!# kit in the car with a small bottle of 50% diluted APC, eco touch QD and a microfibre and most importantly some tattoo gloves I use for detailing. Got one hit today at work, can't have been on more than a few hours (though it's been baking hot today) but after gently lifting off, there's still an etch left behind. Was hoping for something PH balanced to help deal with the invisible nasties this? If it's gotten to the lacquer, thats three layers of protection its eaten through in one afternoon, god knows what these birds eat round here

What you got for bird lime ilogikal1? Preferably not some mega expensive wipes, but must go in the car and ideally be wax safe. Shoot!

As a paid up member of the Defenders union, I must point out that defence starts before the back 4. You could have Maldin, Baresi, Desailly and Cafu at the back, but if there's no pressure on midfield any half decent attacker will be able to pick out forwards on the move with ease (see Balotelli goal and Suarez 1st goal)

The last good manager was Sven, but the experts in the press advised the problem with Sven's team "only" reaching the quarter finals of tournaments was he was one of them "foreigners" who liked ex-weather girls. They advised we'd be much better off having good old England's Schteve and then good old England's Woy, cos they're born in a certain place, which is actually a qualification now under UKIP. The last good English manager was Hoddle. We played the best football I've seen from us under Hoddle and were extremely unlucky in '98 not to do something more, but sadly his mouth didn't fit.

Not even a question, the fastback looks sooo much better. If it was a hard top it may have looked better and been in with a chance. Agreed, but I bet the noise with no roof on will be a bit spesh.

I like the nismo 370 a lot, but the chance of owning a V8 muscle car, with the only drawback (LHD) removed? Surely the only real question is to go drop top or not?

Could be up for that. Not a fan of Sun, but there weren't many free options. The official FIFS one is a PITA.

With all these goals flying in, it's anyone's to win.

Just out for a wander, spotted this (probably wrapped) white Zed, JDM rear. Just off Stanley Park Anyone on here?

Just wish you'd use a wider variety of products when you do these tests Epic work. That's a word that's banded around a lot these days, but it is indeed epic. I don't want to be a philistine but the dry look appears to be much the same from the photos, i.e. the paint looks great and reflective. I guess the proof is in the ease of application and then the endurance. Top work as usual.

3 Zed's. Lytham St. Annes, 18th June, late noon
Stutopia replied to G-girl.'s topic in Spotted or Flyered
I only ever see a ginger Zed in LSA. You sure it wasn't ginger? -
Cracked the seal on this today. It's a tricky little customer at time. Once the sun hits a panel and gets some warmth in it all it wants to do is turn into a cakey powder, but the cool panels in the shade were really nice to work with. Looks sweet now it's all cleaned down. Just got to put all the protection back on again

My mate's daily is a 530D it's just had an MOT at 246k and needed just a bulb I believe, and it gets some punishment round the country roads and been on a good few track days. TBF in the past he's had bigger jobs to do, but no giant bills. He's done what I did with the Zed and just found a quality indie who doesn't take the ****.

Great colour, wrap looks tremendous. Stunning car. You must be made up!

Which Lube To Stop Deep Moaning? (For Boot Struts)
Stutopia replied to Stutopia's topic in 350Z General
I'm not worried about the struts, they're solid, just thought a bit of lube would do no harm. Thanks for the tips on the silicone gents. -
What happens when it's done? Can you pop the top off and resin up or do you just get a new one?
-
Opened the boot today and the struts let out a sort of weird moan. They're SGS and only 6-12 months old. It was crazy warm in the car, so this may have been a factor, but if I was to spray some lube onto the shiny bit of the boot struts - what's safe to go on there? I know on the face of it this seems a stupid question but the only reason I ask is I don't want to apply something that eats the seals on the struts. Plain old WD40? I've got some white lithium grease lying around? Chip fat? KY?

I've always had a soft spot for the Audi S8. Fire extinguisher on standby

Shearer, Sheringham, Gascoigne, Pearce, Adams, Macattack and Ince A lethal blend of grit (Pearce, Adams, Ince), silk (Gascoigne, McManaman), brains (Sheringham) and our last complete forward, Shearer - (heading, power, finishing, strength, speed, long range shooting) Sent from the golf club... Fixed those for you lads If I had to blame someone, it's the FA, closely followed by the press. The FA need to do more to promote English youth and free coaching qualifications for people who are intelligent but may never have played the game at a high level. Analysis of football does not require you to have been Pele as a player - see Mourinho, Wenger, Ferguson plus many more. The press love to sabotage England, I think they don't even want us to win as people would be too busy celebrating and not buying the @*!# they pedal. If we're not careful the scars of this tournament will haunt this group of players until they retire. Then the press will go about shattering the confidence of the next lot. Largely a bunch of wannabe footballers, who hate the people out there doing what they can't, because those kids spent their time banging a ball against a wall on their weak foot to improve, instead of studying. All IMHO.

Giving everything isn't the final answer to winning. It's the begining of not getting beaten. Interesting perspective on English football mentality, it's not a tear down of Rooney by the way, it just uses him to make a point. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/soccer/world-cup/doyle-wayne-rooney-epitomizes-all-thats-wrong-with-english-soccer/article19255711/ On other fronts, come on Italy, bang 5 past CR!!!!

TBF fear of the press is a factor when it's easier to be part of a failing collective than the one who tried something and got it wrong. However, the love for Gazza shows we're a forgiving bunch, so long as we think you care. He wasn't even an auomatic choice in the run up to '90. These days you can pick the squad two years in advance and be 90% correct. We hardly made a tackle in the middle of the pitch last night, that's where you win games. If that's not about desire and fight I don't know what is. Danny Wellbeck made the most tackles (3) and didn't even play the full 90 (71 mins). Says it all if you ask me.
