Stay calm, apple support is excellent. Do you keep it up-to-date when new versions of iOS come out? If not, try that first, plug in to iTunes and synchronise - it should prompt you if you are due an update. Failing that... Have you tried a reset (hold down the power and home buttons together, even after it goes off, until the apple appears, then let go)? If that doesn't work, hook it up to iTunes, take a backup, disconnect it, do a reset (settings menu on the phone) and restore it from iTunes. Failing that, go visit an apple store if there's one nearby. If not, give them a bell, they're agents are a bit OTT but helpful - good luck. What model is it and how long you had it?

A mate of mine has just given up his BMW company car and is in the market for a hot hatch. He's not a pterol head but enjoys a drive. He's after something with a bit of personality, on the list so far. Mazda 3 MPS Seat Leon Cupra Focus ST2 / ST3 He's decided against a Golf R32/GTI as they don't rev his engine. He probably won't go Honda as his previous Civic was a bit of a money pit. Any suggestion appreciated, especially if you can give some idea of things to watch for when buying. Thanks Stu

For the actual wash you shuld be fine. I just spritz the car all over as I'm sponging my way around, in between panels, just to stop it going dry until I'm ready to towel dry. After that bit, a lot of the poorboys glazes and waxes state they can be used in direct sunlight.
