You can disregard most of the above @Savage GT, I just spotted a page setting that might have blocked you, should be working now - if you can try again and let me know, that would be great.

Hi @Savage GT The quickest way to get to flag a problem and hopefully get an answer, is to PM a Mod or Admin with your query. Which thread specifically (please copy the link to this page) are you trying to reply to? If it's a locked or sold thread, you will not be able to reply - e.g. this one below However, if it is not locked/sold - e.g. this one below You should be able to reply. If you could please try and post on the second link, just any message will do, if it works, I will tidy it up. I have checked your profile and there is no reason there that you should not be able to reply. I have also checked the permissions on the forum sub section and cannot see an issue there. It's not impossible there is a browser or caching issue. If you are still unable to post in the second thread, then suggest trying an alternate browser briefly - so we can rule that in or out. Thanks.

These are useful, I have a 'blow r buddy' which is decent and also warms the air slightly, but it is overpriced for what it is and I would buy an alternative product with no "detailing" tax, if it needs replacing. But I only use it to dry the car if I need to apply a product after the wash and need a dry surface quickly. Otherwise, if you're just doing a wash, and you use an inline water filter, there is no need to dry it - blow or otherwise. An inline filter will pay for itself compared to using a blower each time and eliminates a job.

+1 for an inline water filter and open hose rinse - game changer in the effort and carefulness required in the drying phase, but it won't get rid of more dirt I you can't touch. To assist with that problem, I like Bill Hamber Surfex HD as a prewash, but it requires a bit of care in application (don't let it dry in sunshine or on hot panels!) and correct dilution - https://bilthamber.com/product/surfex-hd/ I know it upsets some people but I also put a splash in my snow foam lance, apparently you need to be careful if your snowfoam is already alkaline.

Sold - thread locked. -
I wouldn’t worry, Facebook is about as cool now as MySpace was 10 years ago and will be devoured by people watching roundabout drifting on TikTok lives any day now. It’s 60% neighbourhood watch groups for curtain twitchers and right wing nutters 😂 Such is the cycle of the generations!

It is but they don't call it man maths for nothing Always buy the most powerful or highest spec!

Hi @Olly350z I have unhidden the post for now, please add the additional image. Thanks. -
Looks ok at that price, but suspicious it has no V5 and I don’t know how anyone can claim in an ad that something is “well maintained” if the service history is also missing. That’s a pretty big amount of trust you’d need to have. You’d need a proper look underneath and at the arches for rust though. If you’re right up to budget, with no rainy day fund, be careful, even cared for ones can generate some decent sized bills. Personally I’d pass and be patient for something with paperwork.

Hi, I always have one spare, in case RM lose one - if everyone has their order by next week, I'll let you have this spare one Olly.

Hi, 2024 calendars went out this morning, second class, so should be with you in the next few days. I've got tracking details if anyone doesn't get theirs by early next week - sadly Royal Mail don't consider things lost until there's an ITV documentary about it 20 years later, so I can't do anything immediately, but do let me know.
-
Thanks everyone who has paid already. Order is made and I hope to get them out over the weekend.
-
Congratulations on the redundancy mate, played a blinder there!
