Sold my 2002 for £2,100.2 owners In black with 56k miles and full history. Also had new clutch, important it has a new clutch after about 50k.

Now I know why it was cheap......it's broken Most of it is in London traffic. Yes I use it daily, X5 is worse on fuel.

Turn the engine over a few times with the plug out just to clear any oil out of it, don't start it just turn it over..
