Completely incompetent if it took 3 hours to find a loose hose, whose to say the hose was loose anyway did they fit a new hose or just tighten the clip, maybe it was just an air lock, so they have to justify the time. In 3 hours you could change the rad and all the hoses if you knew what you were doing.

Red Bull say that they’re confident they have a strong case in their appeal against Daniel Ricciardo’s disqualification from the Australian Grand Prix for breaching fuel regulations. Ricciardo was excluded from the race because his car was using more fuel than was allowed and also because the team refused to reduce the flow when informed. The hearing into the case is being held in Paris today.

I doubt that the motivation for reducing speed limits is air quality... Whatever improvement is obtained from slowing the cars down I imagine will be lost through a longer journey-time and the associated congestion– more cars concentrated into a smaller area emitting exhaust gasses. More likely a precursor on a multi-phase PR campaign to justify more increases in taxes and congestion charges. Phase 1 was probably the recent and continuous media attention on air quality here in London. :scare:
