Had this baby since 2011 and finally sorted it out and back on the road. Just need to run it in and taste that power-band..

Try removing the non return valve installed up by the master cyl. Rejoin the two pipes with some suitable connector. I used a small piece of kunifer brake pipe. You will find you have loadsmore pressure after doing this and no detrimental issues with not having the valve.

As far as the law goes for the Police there is no such thing as an accident. They are all road traffic collisions. Spoke to a copper about this recently.

the lip is created as the disc is worn away but there is always a manufacturers minimum thickness that the disc can be. Ask what this is and what yours measures
