  1. WMR1980 that's probably one of the best write ups iv ever read! The only things I could think to add would be try to get most of your protein from food, protein shakes are brilliant but try to only use them when its not convenient to eat. Doing meal prep the night before, things like a Tupperware tub of brown rice and chicken or tuna and brown pasta is really helpful. 70% Diet, 30% Gym. (100% Commitment) Start looking at your food as just piles of Fats, Carbs, Proteins etc it makes it much easier to work out what you have eaten and what your going to need to eat Your body can only absorb about 40-50g of protein per hour so there is no point 4 chicken breasts at once, like WMR said 5/6 smaller meals spaced out Buy protein bars/flapjacks in bulk online, 24/48 pack work out around 80p instead of £2 or £3 individually and are a good source of protein/Low Gi carbs Again agreeing with WMR I cant stress the importance of breakfast, not only to kickstart your metabolism but say your last meal is at 6pm then you skip breakfast and dont eat till Noon. Thats 18hrs without any food which is far too long. Lastly Google, trawl through forums and read as much as you can. Professionals training programs, nutrition guides its all helpful in the long game. Hope this helps
  2. Welcome I got my zed at 21 aswell you defiantly wont regret it
  3. I couldn't give you a price without speaking to him first but I think he charges somewhere in the region of £70 an hour and yes he would be more than happy to do it. He is actually an audi/vw specialist but he's had his own garage 30+ years and swapped mine out no problem. As I said the garage is in Dover which is only about 1mile away from the ferry terminal or about 10miles from the Channel Tunnel in Folkestone. http://www.cowensmotors.co.uk/ Cowens Motors Ltd Unit 11 Holmestone Road Dover Kent CT17 0UF
  4. This looks brilliant! Really makes me want to do a Europe trip this year
  5. The parts where from zmanalex on here(drop him a pm, I highly recommend him) and the work was done by my uncle who owns his own garage. Garage is located in Dover, South East Kent
  6. Had mine done on Monday. Parts came to £630(clutch&fly) + 3.5hrs labour
  7. I couldn't agree with this more. I remember the first time I used a throwing knife on MW2 and thinking how cutting edge everything was, since then not a lot has changed. Now you play it for a few hours to relax and and up screaming at your TV because a 12 year old who's meant to be at school wont stop using a shotgun
  8. Playing COD Ghosts and BF4 Been playing COD since number 4 and iv got to say I'm starting to get bored of it. Don't get me wrong its a brilliant game and iv already racked up over a day gametime but my girlfriend bought me BF4 last week (never played it BF3 as I was an avid cod player) and thats what i will be playing when I get in. It has better maps, more customisable guns, less camping and more realistic. I would say comparing Cod to Battlefield is like comparing Need for Speed to Forza. One a little childish and fun and the other more grown up and realistic.
  9. Really enjoyed watching them Cheers for the post!

    Winter Tyres

Well I expect to see frantic waving from whatever it is your driving over the winter And to the OP if you have a spare set of wheels laying around then I would say go for winter tyres, I'v only had mine on a few days so can't say yet whether I rate them or not. I don't know how old you are but for me £400-500 on winter tyres is cheaper than even the insurance on a second car. Also once the tyres are purchased they will last 3/4/5 years? with no additional cost apart from running the zed. That's just my 2 cents and I'm sure others will disagree, but I hope it helps with your decision Jake

  21. 1. Yes it's a UK car 2. The momo boss fit the Omp wheel fine. But as you can see from this photo the first boss I received have a crack in it. But hats off to Demon tweeks, they sent it straight back to momo and I had a new one within the week. 3 You get a resistor with the steering boss that plugs into the airbag sensor switching it off.
