Got some more updates to add, Got my wheels back today from being powdercoated in my special colour, properly happy with these they look awesome in the flesh when the colour changes in different light. Been compiling a oil cooler kit myself as the kits out there are not up to the spec i want so decided to make a kit up myself. Will be installing an oil temp gauge to go with the oil pressure gauge as standard aswell so i can keep an eye on things when im on track should be a real important mod even for fast road driving Spec of the kit is as follows 19 row mocal oil cooler 92 degree mocal thermostatic sandwhich plate 4x 90 degree aeroquip socketless an10 fittings (red/blue) 3m of aeroquip an10 socketless hose 2x mocal rubber mountings Evo red led oil temp gauge a pillar 52mm gauge pod (going to adapt it to standard a pillar trim) R spec temp sensor port sandwhich plate Jdm clear front bumper reflectors 7l fuchs titan race 5w30 ester synthetic HKS sports oil filter Blox magnetic sump plug Wheels will be on in a couple weeks i reckon going to seal them up first Cant wait to get all the kit on will be a different car -

Cheers all the exhaust does sound rather naughty Robs badges are really nice quality fitment is great, went for gold as no one else has them and its keeping with my them the manifolds are already ceramic coated so theres no need to wrap them, the wrap is nasty stuff to handle lol collecting my wheels today -

Well some time has passed since after the euro trip, the cars got alot planned ahead in the next couple months with some bits changed since. The enignes coming out in the next month to have the new exhaust manifolds fitted so at the same time il be renewing the rocker covers, installing a mocal oil cooler as well as a lightweight flywheel and stage one clutch, finally changing the plugs and doing a complete coolant flush, once its installed il need to get the map adjusted to the new mods. Whilst the front is off il be putting clear reflectors on the front and changing the bulbs to HID ones to finish it all. Was at Trax on sunday, was decent for the most part bar some shite weather saw some of the forums cars and some new cars i havent seen this year at shows, some real beasts on show! Took the top plenum off for a deep clean and the throttle body, getting it ready for the oil catch can that will come in time These are the new DC Sports ceramic manifolds, ive taken the wrap off since so i can clean and polish the coating. Should be even better with these bad boys Some pictures from Trax, put a new 3/4 front plate on and put my new badges on hated the old ones The wheels are temporary measure picking up my wheels from the refurbers tomorrow cant wait to get them on! Showing the new plate and badges Pictures dont do the badges justice they look great in person with alot more depth to them, got them from likwidart real nice finish to them For new im gathering the last few bits before it all happens, will update once its all on Cheers Arran -
Guarantee if you take the coils and plugs out and see the plug recess filled with oil that's your problem, three central gaskets on the rocker covers leaking oil into the holes once warm. Will need new rocker covers. Try that before looking at valve stems its not hard to do you could do it tonight and see if you had the opportunity to do so

That workshop is cleannnnnn! Love that Murci, what a motor -
Not to say the quality of work was poor or sub standard beforehand because judging by petes car it certainly wasnt but since ians car had that slight mishap the paintwork looks absolutely brilliant by you guys! From the latest pictures that have been put up if it looks anything like that in the flesh then boy thats going to look the dogs. If ive still got mine in 6+ months time I think il be using you guys for a front end refresh!

I rate my hsd coilovers highly but imo if you have the money and the opportunity to buy ohlins or nitron even if it was a road car I say go for it, personally id go with ohlins if your happy to spend the money do it you will be getting the best you can

The black corsa with ap brakes and a ****ed nsf corner? Looked nasty! Im ordering the demon tweeks steel tuner nuts, gets the look of the alloy ones but the strength of steel plus they are gold like I want and have a special tool to remove so a bit safer than just plain also do green as im sure someone was looking for some
-
The pros are a better fuller look with 50mm increased track overall at the rear and 40mm at the front overall, they do make the car handle better imo
-
Its around 2kg so barely noticeable and seeing as rays are so light its still lighter than other wheels and spacer combos the pros far outweigh the cons do it
-
Im running the eibach 20mm front and 25mm rears, stance is perfect and im sure its had a positive impact on the handling. got them from CS
