  2. Bems the stock brembo setup with good pads, braided lines and good fluid with good life left in the discs are more than up to the job of the ring/tracks, I did the ring earlier this year complete confidence in the brakes lap after lap no need for 1200 brake kit
  3. Telling you now the 'technician' has had a good go in your car if it was fine before and slipping now im pretty sure thats the case, I work for a main dealer and did before aswell and I know what can go on

    Nismo GT-R

For 100k id have a morning frost white aston dbs on the drive instead of a new gtr I like the gtr but if I was to have any gtr from the lineup it would be an r33 skyline gtr even then it wouldnt be the first car id buy

    Nismo GT-R

I believe it does after reading this month's evo where the new 991 gt3 is just as fast and its not even a super car plus beat the mclaren mp4 round their test track even more capable it seems the 911 is then. I think the problem with the gtr is its weight still a hugely capable car though the nismo should be even better providing its not just silly body add ons
  6. I got mine from abbey, they are pretty damn rare I believe only and handful of us in the uk have them. Traders on here can supply them though believe they are about 450 to your door Have a read on them, imo and its quite common knowledge that they are the best decats you can buy for Z
  7. Skip all the japspeed crap, buy yourself a set of motordyne art pipes. Fit and forget and just listen to that noise! I love mine
  8. I have a feeling in a few months time when winter hits a wanted advert for a decent exhaust will hit the traders section as it would have rusted away
  9. I did a similar trip at the end of June this year, went from folkstone to calais then through belgium to strasbourg, then through Switzerland then onto stelvio italy. From there back through Switzerland and onto stuttgart then from stuttgart to the ring for 2 days. 2000 miles and a properly epic trip. Our cars were my Z, 46 m3, 63 m6, rs4, ttrs, 46 330ci, 36 323 with m3 engine and a 38 728i Going again next year although doing a different route cannot wait was
  10. Nobody changed the clutch fork and ball when changing to upgraded items?
  11. Wind will be causing the interior sensors to go off. apparently you can turn them off by a switch behind the passenger seat but ive never found such a switch
  12. Guys and girls My engines coming out for the fitment of DC sports exhaust manifolds and while its out im going to fit a neew clutch and flywheel. Think im pretty much settled on a driftworks superfly flywheel and exedy stage 1 organic from alex. However ive been reading that its a good idea to replace the clucth fork and pivot ball for upgraded stronger items to take the force of the uprated clutch. Reading on websites it seems the 04+ Zs have steel ones anyway so was wondering if anyone had changed them on theirs and what flywheel and clutch setup your are running? Whilst the box is out I want to make sure its done to the best it can be
  13. Save the 50 quid from buying 2500s and get some quality fluid with the saving, ate super blue or motul rbf
  14. I use yellowstuff and they are brilliant. Perfect bite from cold, cant fade them even when I tried on the stelvio pass and ring and I dont find mine dusty alot less than oem used them on my previous bmw equally as good, might even try blue stuff next
  15. God damn another thing I need to do now. That front plate looks great, ive already de blocked mine and stuck a standard plate on the but like that smaller one
  16. Il take the sd out the phone so hopefully good to go look forward the strapping it to the wiper arm or something
  17. Just ordered it, will see what its like when it comes.
  18. For a fiver think il be getting a couple of these! Beats spending 300 on a gopro
  19. Once you hear a cobra in person youll buy one
  20. I have a cobra resonated with motordyne art pipes and the sound is immense. Everybody has said the same when theyve heard it really is a raw sound
  21. Lovely but not sensibly priced
  22. Sound abit dubious then really maybe why its so cheap, does anyone else do a sensibly priced kit for the Z?
