  1. Ain't been well last couple of days but booked today as leave so I can try to give the car a clean . Also to put bits back in the car and to try to fit a braided clutch line. Weatherman is useless though. Supposed to be sunny around by me today, so far it's just tipped it down all morning.
  2. Lol true but sunny would make a nice change.
  3. Def happening, June isn't it? as long as its not raining
  4. Hey Jared - really like the look of these. where did you get the led's from?

  6. No worries. Yer I find on mine once the fans are on and the temp is just below half way then the thermostat opens because the bottom hose and radiator get hot. I've not had the problem but dare say someone else will have and will know the solution
  7. If you look online for the 350z fsm it'll give you a link to the service manual. In there it has the procedure for emptying and refilling the coolant plus the bleeding procedure. http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/350Z/ That's the one I followed when I dropped the coolant from the radiator and then had to fill it back up. I did find the thermostat wasn't opening until the car was properly warmed up as I suppose it should. Once the fans are on I found the lower radiator hose got hot since the thermostat had opened as expected.
  8. Welcome aboard. Another south Wales member here. Like Zhorno said probably get around 30mpg on those roads. Not sure on pcd's sorry since I just run the 19" lmgt4's and they don't need spacers. Good luck picking her up Saturday and good idea taking the buyers guide. Any other questions just ask away. Lots of knowledgeable people on here
  9. Just wondering about this weather for the show. Would they call it off at any point? I've not been before but is all the parking in grass? Therefore if it's really going to rain as heavy as they are saying won't the whole thing just turn to a quagmire?
  10. Hey arran. If you do get the instructions could u forward them to me as well please? Got mine to fit as well.
  11. Welcome to the forum . What plans have you got for your zed project car then?
  12. Brilliant so far mate. Impressed when people can just turn around and start taking engines out can't wait to see more. Reminds me how much I need a garage.
  13. Hey dude. Don't do it! Lol. Your car's spot on.
  14. Car is looking great mate. The white wheels work really well with the colour and the side stripes.
  15. May have to give that a go on the front of the engine sometime then. Doesn't sound that bad.
  16. Sorted lol. Replying to my own thread but in case anyone else has the same issue. I've used the normal white primer on the plastic and metal parts from the zed then just started clear coating that. Seems to work a treat.
  17. Wondering if I can get away with just using white primer.
  18. Help lol Halfords are useless. They don't have a true white top coat. Tried ford diamond white and it's cream. Can anyone suggest where I can get a white spray colour coat today??? Cheers.
  19. Looking great mate. Was it a hard job to spray the front of the engine block while it's in the car? I'd worry about over spray.
  20. They're looking great mate. Surprising how much difference the silver then red coats make.
  21. Pic 2 for me as well. Really nice shot.
  22. Scrub that. New bushes be good to know how hard they are to do diy style.
