Not a chance, The U.S gets far more severe winters than we do and this is really bad by their standards. It's always possible that we'll get some snow but winters like 1947/63/81 are rare and everything has to fall into place. Always tell insurers about any modifications. As you mention, an insurer could refuse to pay out in the event of a claim, or pay out for third party damage & then sue you to reclaim it! Our scheme is mod-friendly anyway & not all mods increase premiums. Honesty is the best policy!
