Hi Dave This does sound strange, especially as the decision was awarded in your favour. I would recommend contacting your insurers but I wouldn't worry, I cannot see a third party getting compensation after they have lost the case! In fact in 25 years in the industry, I have never known this happen!

Unfortunately, internet insurers tend to load for any claim regardless of fault. Have you tried our insurance scheme?

Hi Dave I agree with you especially ringing car club specialist insurers. As regards point 3, I had one guy state that customer service was more important to him than price (even though price was relevant to him) so I suppose not everyone would agree fully with you!!!!
