  1. I dont know what it is about me......... Admiral were £1,200 ish. Adrian Flux who ive been with for 7 years quoted over £2000. Its just annoying. If I have had claims or convictions etc I would understand. Also its not like im 18 and am a moral hazard! Im giving Sky Insurance a call today to see what they can do
  2. Hi, Thanks for all the replies. Yeh I tried GoCompare who were £1,200. I'll give Sky Insurance a go and hopefully will be cheaper. Thats decent! To be honest as a few people have mentioned on here, if the insurance premium goes down after a year (providing there have been no claims) I dont mind paying a slightly high premium for the first year. Thanks for all the advice. I'll let you know how I get on!
  3. Hi all, Im new to the forum but read it regularly as I love Nissan the 350z and the 370! Im finally in a position to buy a 350z but have checked insurance online and found that it is quite expensive and was just wondering why. I have seen a lot of posts on here with very cheap quotes compared to min (cheapest I have got was £1,100 - and that was subject to having a safe box installed in the car)! I am 26 years old, held a full uk driving license for 7 years and have 5 years No Claims. No convictions etc. The area I live isnt that bad. Its also just on the outskirts of london. So far I have done all the usual comparisons, bell.co.uk, elephant and quoteline direct (who quoted £2,200!) Any advice on other insurance companies to try or are these quotes good for my age/driving experience etc Thanks pete
