If budget allows try to get one with a CMOS sensor rather than CCD, as you will get a higher quality of picture (that Samsung is a CCD by the way).

Edit- Congrats

A dream car, congratulations

I know a few people made a detour to Demon Tweeks on the Wrexham Industrial Estate last year on the Friday; there is also a really good car cleaning products shop nearby called CLB that is well worth a visit. You can even pay them to detail your car if you are too lazy Edit: here is their site http://www.clbcarcare.co.uk

A few Zeds made it on to the official video too -
OP - I have Goodyear Eagle F1A2s all round on my car, and they have been excellent in the wet and dry. Significantly cheaper and more readily available than the MPSS too

Some interesting cars here! Back in 2005, this was my first car; stayed in for 6 months to save for it and when I took got it home it was too low to get on the drive Then about 8 moths later I bought this, and kept the two for a bit before selling the Civic; 170+ bhp rwd at 18 teaches you a lot!

Open Pit Lane Track Day, South England, *Need 30 People*
jjt replied to Grundy's topic in Motorsport & Track Days
Surely for that price it would be the Indy circuit? -
I have one of these (looks very similar to the OP's) but when I use it its always too watery to start with, and only does nice thick foam when theres less than 1/8th of the bottle left, and it sounds louder as well. Anybody know what could be wrong with it? Very frustrating as it starts off crap but is good for the final minute or so of using it!

Looks pretty good quality to me, but it says bottom right that it was recording 1080p however it is only uploaded as 720p on youtube?

Open Pit Lane Track Day, South England, *Need 30 People*
jjt replied to Grundy's topic in Motorsport & Track Days
I agree with you, Anglesey was certainly better than Oulton and Donington for me. I appreciate that the thread title states 'South England', but if you are heading to Donington, Oulton or Anglesey count me in -
Im sure I read somewhere that the drift days at Oulton make a hell of a mess of the bodywork with gravel flicking up? IMO, the taster / novice days are great, because you are on track with people in the same boat as you, and you aren't constantly looking in the rear view mirror for stripped out race cars flying up behind you! Also, c.25 mins is enough for someone having their first go, as well as not being too tough on the car

I have a lightened flywheel, and if the revs are very low and you give it a bit of throttle you will hear the noise in the video above, particularly if the windows are down... but its not THAT loud, so go for it

My HEL lines didn't come with any fixing clips, so I had to buy these http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/hose-clips/automec-rubber-lined-p-clips Make sure that you turn the steering lock to lock once on the ground to check that the lines do not rub on the wheels

I wrapped my roof with the hexes stuff, and as long as you use heat & a squeegee and have plenty of patience id say it wasn't too difficult to do. Just make sure you have a few pairs of hands and that it isn't windy
