  1. and one stolen from Aaron350z take on sunday at the mini meet
  2. yeah I only just trust them enough to dyno the car. I wouldn't let them do any software on the car. I keep hearing they are better nowadays but I am old enough to know them since they first started up and heard some horror stories. I know its changed hands a couple of times I just get the feeling they wing it a lot. yeah the milltek none res is pretty quiet by after market exhaust standard. I am happy to meet up and let you hear mine.. It sounds sweet on full chat though.. Sorry ive not updated the thread in a while. The anti roll bars are a great mod. The car just loves turning corners now and I would recommend them highly. Thanks for all the comments on the head lights. The carbon bits are just wrapped in gloss carbon wrap but look the part. It was such a pain in the a$$ to do that I wouldn't be keen to do this to other folks cars. The cost of a replacement unit is scary and if I cocked it up on my own car that would be bad but to do it on someone elses and scrap a £1200 headlight that would suck. you just need to be brave and go for it. The end result is worth the hassle. My next mod is in the shed waiting on the bodyshop to able to fit it. but that's all I'll say jut now. A pic from today after a spit and polish
  3. Just seen you in inverurie... fair old note from your car
  4. I quit a few years ago but always end up smoking when I drink... I use one of these on nights out... they keep me off the tarry ones
  5. That looks better built than the milltek as well
  6. do you have the none res? I think that my none res is just right but never having heard the resonator version I can only think its too quiet unless there isn't much difference in volume between the 2
  7. Ive a none res milltek on my 370z. I am offshore until the 15th but i'll happily take you out for a blast Its not loud at all. I am so please I went with the none res version because the res version must be as bad as oem
  8. yep I like those could be a little wider though
  9. looks good but you need some tyre slick to complete the look
  10. just sold my e46 m3 for my 370z... wouldn't say its any less of a car... performance is the same and build quality is pretty much there... well I say that, e46 m3 like to shed their sub frames from the shells, so apart from that. vxr's and the likes I would say are hot hatches
  11. if that's north America I say rock salt
  12. At least he wasn't on his phone.... ban, fine and community service seem a bit harsh though..... Ban and fine I can understand but the community service is a bit ott in my mind
  13. Lol 2 things... thats not the way it works haha congrats bud all the best
  14. By the best that ypur budget allows
  15. Yeah you need to dropl the wheel arch liner mate
  16. Seen this the other day in the flesh . Looked super clean
  17. Welcome along bud, I looked at m6's before I bought the 370 but chickened out at the potential repair bills. I came from an e46 m3 and noticed the same thing about the visibility Don't worry though you soon get used to it. I find myself doing prober life savers like I was on my bike and sitting up a bit more at roundabouts. Center reservations you just need to sit a bit more straight but still a pain in a$$ I managed to fit a rear view camera for less than £70 which helps a lot with parking I can find you a link if your interested.

    headlight tint

I had the fly eye stuff on the m3 and it didn't really effect the light quality, even passed a mot.... But it's kinda cheap and nasty stuff
  19. Cake spotted it first to be fair and has actually ordered and taken receipt of one, so credit to him really. Ever since he posted it up it's grown on me. Indeed, I look forward to more pics....
