Okay, I've been watching The Ultimate Fighter UK vs Australia...it's awful. Anyone else see this? They spent most of the episode talking about someone keeping a diary and putting nasty things in it. Dear lord. The fights are generally good though. An injured Cung Le vs Rich Franklin this weekend, from China. Then GSP vs Condit the following weekend. I've not enjoyed the gap that we've just had.

Give the 7 Stanes a visit. Really enjoyable. I was talking about MTB at work today and was given some good links. You should have a look at Trailzilla (I had never used it before). This identifies all the recorded trails near to where you live, which is great as I didn't know many in Hampshire or West Sussex. And those bikes look expensive. Puts my filthy Cannondale to shame.

I think I'll have to do Hellrunner in the near future. Done Turbo X before and several multi-discipline events. Need to get back into the grove. Love to be mucky!

Got to say that I thought that Bond wasn't all that good. Without wanting to give anything away at all, I just didn't enjoy it. Not as good as Casino Royale and maybe not as good as Quantum of solace (maybe maybe maybe). It had parts that were fantastic, but it didn't do it for me. The people at work are split on it though. Some love it, some thought the same as me. Very mixed.

I have no excuses to not go to this any more. I live 6 miles away from it! Went there the other week to see some schools race eco-cars. Very impressive engineering and an enjoyable experience.

I have hids, but my mechanic says they are 6 pin. I need them replaced but so far only managed to source 8 pin.

Can this be done the other way around? 8 pin to 6 pin?????? Cheers, al

Hello all, I need to replace my front headlights. I need the full unit for both the driver and passenger side. I have a Japanese import running HID xenon lights, but I would happy with any that fit at a reasonable price. It was a bright blue colour as well! Can't remember the brand, but the little that was left gave me a good buzz down the gym. Mmmm, blue explosive energy powder.

The thing is that people actually fall for this? Google it and you'll find plenty of cases where people have. Someone I used to work with had an e-mail from the Dutch National Lottery telling her that she had won. She was quite excited and was going to contact them. I asked if she had been to Holland? Had she played the lottery and how did they know her e-mail address? She said that her Husband had been to Holland a few years back and I guess he might have bought a ticket Some people just are a bit silly.

I just got Sky. I was on Virgin before. I went for the whole package, phone, tv and broadband. I got my brother to recommend me which allowed both of us to have £75 gift vouchers!! I chose Tescos, but John Lewis and M&S were on the list. I live in a small village now, compared to a bit city, and the broadband speed seems identical to me. Very happy with it. al

My advice regarding any of these protein supplements, energy boosts is to always read the label. If it says "Stir with a fork" then do that, and don't shake it (unless you want it to explode all over your kitchen, which is what happened to me once!!).

I was going to say that Gunwharf is the best place as well. Not cheap, but nowhere in Portsmouth is. Interestingly the area where you are going has the most expensive and cheapest property in one area, all in the same postcode. Enjoy the dockyards. You picked a good weekend for a visit. al

Just moved house, so I didn't have Sky or the internet. Trying to catch up with the last couple of events. Just saw Ben Henderson vs Frankie Edgar. I'm a big Henderson fan, but Edgar was robbed in that one. I didn't want him to get the title but he should have had it. Shame. I just hope that we now get to see Showtime Pettis vs Ben Henderson now. That is a rematch that'll be worth watching.

I've got the joy of doing this as well. The Turning the ignition on / off 4 times worked perfectly...for one drive I'll get me head under that seat to see what I can see. Then a trip to the garage I guess. But since you all seem to think that this is pretty easy to fix, fingers crossed. I've also got condensation in the headlight, which I hope to fix really soon if the weather dries up and people I know are up to the task. Frustrating.
