Ok guys and gals,
Decided that a Plenum Spacer needs to be on my shopping list.
Where do I get one and which one should I be getting. Understand there is thermo, copper and whatever else. I just want to get set up for a re map in the future and can live with 11 hp rather than 14 if it will make life cheaper and easier.
Hi guys,
My replacement OEM front Y section is due to arrive tomorrow and I was wondering how easy it would be to fit.
I have read a few posts on here about how difficult the old exhaust can be to remove but not sure whether the Y section is the problem or other parts of the exhaust.
Is it as simple as remove 2 bolts to each cat and 2 from the centre piece or have I made it sound easier than it is?
Any hints, tips or advice greatly appreciated.
I am still on Bridgestones myslef but generally feeling appears to be they are a bit cack!
Have a search in tyres as there are quite a few people running other brands. Falcon 452, Toyo T1-R, Goodyear Eagle F1 all seem to get good write up's and most are cheaper than you would get the Bridgestones for.
I believe that Tarmac actually sells polished Plenums for a good price once you weigh up all the time, effort and cost to polish it yourself (and cost of a spare).

Think you are talking about the standard nismo one. The titanium GT one looks different. See below

Hi all,
Does anyone have a Nismo GT Gear Knob and if so, do you know what the diameter of it is?
I have a nismo standard gear knob but finding it a little small so looking at options.
Also, does anyone know who (if anyone) sells these?
Thinking of getting a new exhaust in the next few weeks and pretty much decided on a Blue Flame system.
Whilst doing my usual search through Ebay, I came across this:

Anyone had any experience of them or know anything about the quality of their exhausts?
Your more than welcome to come round and assist Carlton. Seems straight forward enough so shouldn't be too much of a problem.
How are your exhaust fitting skills? My front Y section is blowing and managed to get a second hand one off here that should turn up next week, don't fancy that one on my own.
Ok,
May sound like a stupid question but thought I would ask.
Have a new set of Nissan post 06 LED rear lights on order. I have read up on the fitting and know that it is just a matter of unplugging old and plugging in the new but do I have to disconnect the battery?
I don't have any radio codes so was hoping to avoid it if possible.
