To be hones I said to my self yesterday im not longer going to mod my zed. I wanted: Rear roll cage coils front carbon lip carbon side skirts top secret rear diffuser uprev + supporting mods. and a hell of a lot more. but then I saw a 911 drove past and thought whats the point. I might aswell save up and get that. plus, the zed is a nice car. ild rather spend money on other stuff than just my car. So now im only going to replace parts with premium parts once they're worn, such as brakes/tyres.

if you are tracking the car then brembos are favoured. I done a few trackdays on standard JDM brakes with standard disc/ebc red stuff and they were fine. I didn't crash into a fall of flames like people will make out. I now have brembos on my new car and have yet to track it. but on normal day to day driving, the notice is minimal. if you're not going to track the car crack on standard stuff. if you drive lost of national speed limit roads when theres no one else around, then upgrade your discs/pads. only really go for brembos if your tracking.

But you are paying nearly double! Just seems crazy to me. You could have taken your wheels off, posted them, hired a car for the day and STILL have saved money! Oh well, at least you know for next time!

Why not have it set to forward mode as standard, but then have rear camera show when reverse is selected?

I had a 52 plate jdm import with 96kish on the clock, had a full service, new clutch/fly/belts/spark plugs etc etc and a full valet and felt like new. That engine, as long as its looked after will double the mileage. Plus, if you were to crank it up to 150,000 miles, your not going to loose TOO much money on the depreciation side of things. So what I would do, is keep your money in your pocket, save up then buy a GT-R if you want something quick for the road, or if you want a bit of luxury an e class or similar, and keep the 350z and turn it into a track monster so you can have a blast on the track. Well.....That's my plan anyways.

You can get apps on iphone etc that test db sound. okay, wont be 100%, but at least it will give you an idea.

Yeah I know, I think wasso? Has one. Just personally I think it looks a bit 'comic book' style. Which I don't think suits the zed. Other people will love it though.

I bought mine at 19, now 21. Insurance was 1800, this year it was 1200.

I've always wondered, how mad are evening sessions? I mean, when you have a whole day, you pace yourself. if you've only got a few hours, surely everyone will want to get as much track time as possible and it will all be a bit mad?
