  1. Holy thread resurrection batman! Only just seen this- have you still got it? Thinking about coming back to the 350z fold and keen to look at supercharged cars this time around. How did/do you get on with it?
  2. Spotted tonight at about 9pm heading south on the A10 between buntingford and bishops Stortford turn off. Gunmetal, lowered, nismo V1 spoiler, alloys and some other bits of kit. Sounded awesome and basically made me miss my 350z. Then it started popping flames on the up shifts. Lovely
  3. Looks a great car- with some genuine choice mods there to make this a serious contender if you're spending that money. The flywheel and clutch especially is a massive '+'. Good luck with the sale!
  4. Any more work on the 350z lately?
  5. I'd be interested in what you're getting part x if you've held it at 17.5k. My offers were nowhere near that (for my mint quartz anniversary) and if I wasn't in a rush I would have gradually dropped it closer to the part x value. At the end of the day, even if you sell it £500 more than the px value, that's a years free tax. It's a nice car but I can't see on the thread (apologies if i've missed it), if you've tried piston heads or auto trader? I always list on a forum and both of those if i'm selling a car and the longest i've waited to sell, after a good bit of research as to what is a suitable private price to sell (rather than a 'hopeful' or garage trader price) is a little over a week. Surprised you've gone for an audi, hope you enjoy it.
  6. Nice car- especially with the amuse. Did you do the G5 on the wheels yourself or have it done? I looked at the M3 before I got the evora- brilliant things, running costs will be high though. Good luck with the sale
  7. Good to meet you today Neil, you certainly picked a nice day for it! Deposit now taken, provisionally sold pending collection.
  8. Hi Neil, sounds like exactly what I did before buying this! No problem, drop me a line if you've got any questions. Simon
  9. I have now found the car I will be buying and have adjusted the price to suit- pick up an absolute cracker of a summer purchase...
  10. I've gone for the supercharged. In terms of speed/ acceleration they are very similar. After an Exige previously this makes perfect sense with the 4 seats. I'll probably come back to Nissan in the future with a GTR if funds allow! Thanks for the heads up on location- added.
  11. **NOW SOLD** 2010 370z Black Edition (40th anniversary) 55k miles I purchased this after much searching to replace my previous 350z which was sold to another member of the club. It was bought described as immaculate and I have maintained this with weekly washes (including exhaust polish etc) using only the best products (zymol, auto glym, Gtechnic). Seat leather has been cleaned and conditioned around once every 2 months. I am fastidious in keeping my cars in perfect condition and the car has been looked after by Japex who I’ve used for 8 years now and never fail to deliver excellent service. The changes I have made in terms of modification have been well-tested by other owners as being the best choices and were made regardless of cost. In total they cost in the region of £4k. I am only selling due to expecting a baby and replacing it with an Evora with 4 seats. The car is top-spec being the Black Edition (this is also called the 40th anniversary edition) Full service history from Nissan and Japanese specialist Japex 4 new tyres (Bridgestone Potenza RE050a) New front discs and pads Recent clutch and CSC (last year) Standard options: Quartz black Red leather/ alcantara interior Numbered limited edition plaque Anthracite RAYS alloy wheels BOSE sound system Integrated sat-nav with cd changer, usb port and built in Bluetooth sync (for calls and music streaming) as well as hard drive to upload your music direct. Reversing camera Electric heated seats Electric mirrors Keyless entry and start Extras- (fitted by well respected Japanese specialists Japex or Abbey where required) Invidia Stainless steel exhaust system Berks high flow cats (passes MOT, original cats supplied with car) Stillen G3 dual intakes (originals supplied with car) UpRev ECU tune, 5 switchable maps (set up by Abbey Motorsport) Genuine Nissan GTR start button. Genuine Nissan carpet mats with logos. £16,500 This is a very rare car to find in this condition with this spec, happy to answer any questions by message or email. Located in Hertfordshire, just outside of Ware.
  12. Those cats sound like they've barely been run in? I'd say just put those back on- have to be good for 50k+ surely and it's unlikely you'd find anyone with lower than 25k before modding. Those ark grips sound great though
  13. Hey Guys- loving the GTRs! I've traded up 350z--> 370z last year but now looking the GTR route and everything from 33-34-35 is looking tempting but love the retro-original looks of the 33 and at the prices they are compared to the others they look properly do able. How do they compare power and handling wise to the 350z? Also, can you disable the 4wd so it's rwd only when needed? I'd easily say white and midnight purple were the way to go...looking forward to updates
  14. Hey, interested in the diff stuff- I'm not sure if its the width of the 370z tyres or different diff butt the rear end of the 350z seemed more manoeuvrable.
