  1. Wheel bearing noise evident on road test. Requires further investigation and replacement as necessary. On a car with 33K on the clock? Maybe it's been stood to long? · Pipes/connections - Corrosion to nearside front brake pipe. Normal at that age. · Rear LH tread - Tyre unevenly worn low on inside edge. Whilst the tyre is still within legal limits, Replacement is recommended. A full steering and geometry check is highly recommended. Hmmm why has it worn unevenly? Maybe alignment will sort it as suggested. · Clutch operation - Clicking noise evident from clutch mechanism when pedal is depressed. Requires further investigation and repair. I would guess the shaft needs greasing - lack of use can do more damage than driving a car. · Minor indentation (ding) to nearside front wing. A localised (smart) panel repair should be possible. Normal at that age. · Minor paint blemish to nearside door mirror cover, plus glue spots to roof. Localised (smart) paint repairs should be possible. Who glued what to the roof? · Exterior trim/grille - Nearside door mirror rubber split. Replace as required. Paint peeling/corroded on gear-lever knob. Replace as required. Normal at that age for the gearstick - Rubber will need replacing. · Wipers/washers - Squeak evident from rear windscreen wiper mechanism. Repair as necessary. Again going with lack of use hopefully lubrication is all that is needed. · Sub-frame/mountings - Corrosion to rear under-body stabiliser frame. Limited life remaining. Which one? They do get a lot of surface rust but nothing to worry about unless really bad. · Heat shields/mountings - Corrosion to front exhaust heat shields. Limited life remaining. Normal at that age. · Wheel Rims - Alloy wheel rims scuffed and corroded. Refurbish as required. Normal at that age. (except the scuffing that's probably bad parking) So it all comes down to price and who you are buying from as above if it's cheap then no worries if it's a garage you can ask them to sort some/all issues - lots of Zeds to choose from so don't jump in unless its the right deal. Good luck
  2. Been mad for the last 2 weeks and project K (the other Zed) has taken some time - done a few bits and hope to get some more done tomorrow with pics for ya
  3. Ha Ha RT, Jag ownership and the battle against rust seem to go hand in hand. Very interested in this Keyser. Every part I strip off the Jag is going to need refurbing. Starting to realise what a big project I've taken on. Found a company that will chemically strip and coat the body shell, but it's all the small bits that need blasting and etch priming straight away. what CFM is your compressor? Keep up the good work Hi mate missed the question Spec on myine is - 14cfm displacment - cast iron, twin cylinder compressor pump 200 litre air receiver (CE certified) 3hp motor, 230v, 1ph continuously rated with overload protection 10bar (150psi) maximum working pressure controlled by a fully automatic pressure switch. Specification also includes safety valve, pressure gauge, air outlet valve & drain tap. Application - professional automotive/industrial It was the biggest I could get without needing 3 phase power - its on it's own 30AMP supply - only just up to the sand blaster but great for spraying and all the other stuff
  4. I won't be surprised to hear your misses complains about your chosen route as well - especially if your push it a bit hard

I feel your pain but I think you have the Z768 Variant Zeditis - I looked it up for you - Symptoms People with this affliction will react negatively when faced with the color they hate. They will feel ill at ease, and panic will rise if they cannot get away from the source of their distress. Nausea, headaches, dizziness, and intense anxiety are the primary symptoms of panic attacks, but there can be others. Hang in there
