We did some work on a house that someone had poured bags of cement down the drains outside and the man hole!!! Thousands to sort and half the drive and patio up!!! Apparently a dispute with the builder!! Strange world we live in. Get some cameras up asap and buy a cover for your zed.

As everyone else has said plus... Be aware that these text "hpi" checks are not as thorough as a proper hpi check and do not show outstanding finance. Do a proper check. Don't be frightened to phone up stamps in service history to check they are genuine or previous owner. Leave a £100 deposit and then do some research. Better to potentially loose this than thousands!! Hope this helps a bit.

As Shire says, but be aware that this is a Vehicle IDENTITY Check, to make sure it's not been "ringed" . i.e. you've not just "borrowed" another similar car and put your number plates on it!!. It is not to be taken as proof that the vehicle has been repaired to a high standard. This said, it is always a good idea to check v.i.n. numbers are matching and not tampered with on any car you are buying from someone you don't know, be it any Cat. or even Hpi clear for that matter. Zeds are great because they have a little tamper proof vin sticker on every main panel!! Easy to check if panels are original and all numbers match. Hope this helps a bit.

Check if genuine panels have been used. With Fords there's a Ford logo stamped into them. St's are notorious for damage to front subframes, wishbones and struts. Check suspension geometry. Check all panel gaps. Still Hpi it to make sure it is not on finance. Check airbag light comes on then goes off. Speak to previous owner if poss. Hope that's a bit of help.
