Wasso, i think the idiots at CAFFYNS NISSAN EASTBOURNE (now out of business) just didnt grease them up. They have probably only done 800 miles. But if the offer is there for greasing them up, then who am i to turn down such a generous offer.

My wifes boss booked a holiday there around 2 hours before the grusome event. What an horrific thing to happen! Thoughts go out to the family.

Mine squeak too, can be embarrassing Mine is just as you pull up the final little bit when everyone can hear it EXACTLY THE SAME. Is it a known issue or just we have all the bad luck?? lol Its when you pull up at the lights to let everyone cross the road and they all look as if to say Nice car shame you cant look after it!

Car is washed and waxed! Only one issue left My front pads squeak and i havent got the time to take it into a garage. Is there any mechanics coming??? I believe i just need to copper grease the rear of the pads? And a special tool is required to remove the calipers, so nissan told me???

Also if avaliable a lid for an 06+ cubby, mine is all scratched on the catch you lift to open the cubby

The focus has had a little bit of a treat recently. As our daily driver she gets used and abused so i gave her a full valet then I ordered this little lot.... Miltek downpipe and 200cell sports cat inc new lamda, uprated radtek intercooler, eibach sports springs, Auto solutions CAIS inc Chrome ECU cover, RS plugs, 650cc injectors Before After Then i decided to have the grills, fogs and rear duffuser sprayed satin black... 2 weekends and under 1k spent in all. Should have got me well over the 320bhp mark as the car already had been mapped. Cheap modding and she looks a little different than the standard ST now. What do you think good and bad????

A post i copied and pasted Volvo are offering just 30 of their C30 AWD 'Polestar' cars, RHD, through their UK dealers. Pretty much as seen on Top Gear and elsewhere but with 380bhp and without Ohlins suspension and some other fancy stuff. They say the Swedes are like our German cousins but without the humour....£50,000 is Volvo's proposed price.... A few good writeups for the full flavour 'show car' but with no provenance whatsoever, apparently Volvo's marketeers reckon it on the same level as the top EVOs and Imprezas...........maybe add a few Audis to that, the odd used, nearly new M3/M5, maybe even an OZ V8. A couple in the Volvo tuning community reckon our customers can do the job with a V50 AWD donor or its AWD and fuel tank off a wreck, an RS engine, couple of Quaife diffs, good software and the pickings out of a few old Volvo parts bins.....my view is that whole package would go well into the current C70, a handsome car with greater presense and the advantage of much wider track. Interesting. hmmmmmmmmmmm 50k Bargain!

Me too - It got Nissan in my blood It was such an accomplished little motor - Felt so strong i still hanker after one now Here is how it ended up though... and the DC2 that did the damage while it was parked outside my mates house OUCH! Bet that hurt a little. I front ended mine at around 20mph and it nearly fell in half. They werent made to withstand an accident.

Sorry to hear about your issues. I can understand retrubution for their actions, but now its been aired on a public forum if anything happened to the scrotum, this is all the evidence the police would need to come looking for you. I know you have not condoning any of these actions, but be aware. I understand that there is a lot of pressure on all of us to keep our cars in this climate and for someone to maliciously damage a Zed is bang out of order. There is more than one way to skin a cat! I would follow the sensible posts regarding lighting and maybe a camera he knows nothing about. A mate of mine put a motion sensitive sprinkler system on his drive that had an attachment to add a coloured dye. that would stay on any culprit long enough for the fuzz to pay them a visit. He forgot to turn it off one morning and ended up with a smurf postman. Dude if i lived closer you could have my garage. I feel your pain fella, but just think about what goes around comes around. His day will come!

Cheers for that, i have shortlisted two at present that seem to tick all the boxes. First one is a Sony NEX 3, NEX 5 is a bit expensive and the other is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 or equivalent newer model. Both are bridge cameras i believe. But past that im a little lost!

I have recently had my camera sent to camera heaven and im lost now . So im looking for a camera, without going the full Digital SLR route, as slightly overpriced??. Im after something similar to what i previously had, it was a fuji with a fixed lens but looked like a 'proper camera'. I made the mistake of popping into the local PC WORLD this afternoon I came out more confused than i was when i entered! So what i learned is that most cameras are Sh1te and the only ones worth having were over £600+ lenses. So i decided to visit Comet, located Next door. And stood looking at cameras for 20mins and no one came to my rescue. Im guessing if my wife had gone in they would have been there in an instant! So im looking for some advise as to what is worth having and what NOT to buy!. My only stipulations are that i want something that focuses very quickly or takes about 7fps+ 'at least one out of the 7 may be in focus'. Also something that was good when it came out as the new breed are now. I have spent over 2 hours on the net today and i swear most of these 'comparisson, best cameras' sites are sponsered by certain manufacturers, as none of them seem to rate the same cameras. So im hoping you helpful folk will point me in the right direction so i can get one ordered tonight!
