Yes it'll add the condition inspected but you would also get the satisfaction of knowing that it was repaired to a high standard, unlike alot of cat c + cars out there. You should theoretically be able to get more money for your car as it's not a cat c, d, n or s car

I remember looking into it back in the mid 2000s. There were only 2 places in the UK that could do such a test. One happened to be near me. Although it could only be a cat c or d.

Personally, I'd get bonnet struts.

If you get it repaired well, you can have it inspected and apply for the Cat N to be removed.

You want to make sure that it's properly cleaned with cat pee cleaner. Otherwise it'll keep coming back. That stuff can be picked up from Pets at Home. Also leaving something strong smelling near it might deter it.
