Interesting conversion. How do you plan to "seal" the hole that has been created? I am looking at doing the same, and have managed to open up the reflector completely. Took some trial and error, but eventually they parted company. I will be linking the indicators to the "new" indicator/reflector.

I was informed that metallic paint respray will never be a perfect match due to the clear coat. Clear coat has a yellowish tarnish when the car is actually out on the road and the UV rays do their thing. Easiest way too see a re-spray, is too look at a car under a street lamp at night. Can you not get a company like chips away to have a look and see what they can do? What metal do you have on your bumper???

Fit an oil catch can if your zed is using oil. Not so sure a different oil will stop oil usage.

Putting an LED strip in the front reflectors, but i need to know whether the reflectors can be un-assembled without causing too much damage, or can the lens's be drilled top and bottom to allow access to the cavity of the reflector. These are face lift 07 reflectors.
