It's always good to see the project in visual form.

I hate to be a party-pooper, but prices have taken a bit of a tumble in recent times so I'd be looking at putting up for around £9.5k and expecting it to go for a smidgen under £9k. It looks immaculate to be fair, and that commands a premium. I'd remove all the aftermarket parts and the SatNav and sell them separately, if you have the originals to hand obviously.

Are you insistent on it being Azure blue? There's one locally in Twilight Grey for £13k which looks in good shape.

Mate as a standard advert that'll never be seen by anyone, unless they do a very specific search. It's worth paying extra for a Premium ad as you get more pictures and it'll be on the front page for a while.

Most people are embarrassed to say they're from Crawley I've not had mine for very long at all, and at the moment it's not being used because I'm trying to sell my RX8 first , so I highly doubt it was me. I've seen a grey import in Pound Hill a few times if that's the one you're talking about? Has a rather large spoiler if I remember correctly. Apart from that I've only seen one other which is an Azure Blue Import with some sort of bodykit and large alloys. Seems like 350s are relatively rare around this beloved town of ours.

I really enjoy driving around C.London at ungodly hours, but even then it's usually quite busy with revellers and binmen. But still, it's quite fun driving through place like Picadilly Circus with relatively little traffic.

I would definitely be interested; £25 is not even a quarter of a tank these days! But again, someone would have to fit it for me as I wouldn't know a fuse or relay if it bit me on my arse!

When I bought mine, I was rocking out to Kings Of Leon's first album, the weather was relatively decent and I had a big **** off smile on my face for the entire journey. It was a good day

Welcome Nick, I too came from an RX8 and I did not enjoy it all. It was a great car, but personally I found the novelty wore off very, very quickly. I now deeply resent it, in fact, because I can't seem to sell the damn thing because of all of the poorly ones are driving down prices Anyway, I'm sure you'll enjoy the Zed it's a much more versatile car (providing you don't need to carry anyone besides yourself and a few things)!

I personally am not a fan of the silver bulbs, never have been and probably never will. My old S3 had them in the front and I swapped them for the originals! These 'good LED bulbs' you speak of, where may one find them?

Has anyone tried putting LEDs in for the rear indicator bulbs? I'm aware they have lower resistance so would flash faster, but has someone found a way around it yet? Would be good if they could match the main LED light cluster.

I'm up round the Coulsdon area quite a lot, although I'm mainly active at strange times so you probably won't see me. Since I've had mine I've only seen literally a couple of Zeds, they're still seemingly very exclusive.

If I could afford the facelift I would have gone for that. The rear LEDs and the bi-xenon headlights are a massive improvement, as well as the slightly more posh interior and extra power. It all comes down to budget, and anyone who says otherwise is telling porkies

For what it's worth D2R and D2S both fit, as the base is identical it's just that the D2R has a built in 'shield' which cuts off the beam so it doesn't dazzle. Usually cars without projectors would have D2Rs and cars with projectors have D2S. The Z has projectors but as it's a strange design they take D2Rs. Confusing, I know

I always thought the headlights on the Zed were pretty good. Not amazing for xenons, but certainly more than adequate. Maybe they were aimed too low?
