I fell out with Nissan Mansfield for exactly the same reason...absolutely appaling customer service. Know exactly where u are coming from mate. What car dealer would just ignore the customer's phonecall messages and pretend as though they never did receive the message on the answering machine. Keep telling them to get someone to return my calls but they never did. Each time i have to voice my dissatisfaction, I actually have to confront them in person. I wonder which business school these people go to. I have never said my previous Audi or BMW were better than the Zed but i can't really fault their customer service.They are miles better..even drop u off and pick u up from work. And u are always kept informed about stuffs. I am not a demanding person and people/traders who knows me here can vouch for that.

My car is having exactly the same problem. It's in Lee's Falcon Performance garage getting it sorted. Have replaced both the anti roll bars but still makes a rattling flapping noice at low speed when it goes over uneven roads. Falcon thinks it might be the banana bar. Will keep people posted when it's all sorted.

There's a few ICE expert on here..PM Rob Quad and yokomo..these people seems to be very knowledgeable about ICE. There's no number 4 in my UK Bose head unit..wonder if the American ones are a bit different. So not sure if the aux input adapter would fit..a lot of us end up doing a tape deck hack.

Hi..sally i am merely comparing the Nissan stealer with the German marques in the same Nottingham area. Good for you if your stealer is a good one. But the general consensus here is there are lots of bad Nissan ones around. Have a look in the good and bad garage thread. How would you like all your calls and messages ignored everytime you get on the phone..it's basic principle of good customer service. It's only courteous to ring someone up after they have left a message. And they even ordered the wrong parts for the 350Z. How could u work behind the technical service and repair desk if u haven't got a clue about parts. I am not ranting and raving about the Nissan hourly rate btw. Tried the Mr. Nice Guy approach..didn't work.

Rich you are probably the only few people on here that actually makes any sense when it comes to your depth of knowledge on the Zed. Hang in there buddy..things would be fine eventually. A lot of us are in the same boat..just have to ride it out.
