  1. As Kyle posted, Bluetooth will only work for phone control functions. Check in the glovebox behind the passenger seat ( remove mat and tray), you should find black box with two plug in connectors. If you've got this then you're part way there, next look in the central compartment and you should have a cradle that will take an adapter, If you've got both then all you need is the adapter and your off and running. When I bought my Zed all the above we're missing so having sold the Zed I've now got all 3 of the above - after you've had a look and let me know what you need. ,
  2. Understand this should be under "For sale" and may be binned by the Moderator as I've not posted enough in 3+ years to qualify but - DUE TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS FORUM ALL MY QUERIES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WITHOUT THE NEED TO POST. I'd much prefer to sell to fellow members than stick on ebay so - Bluetooth control box, adapter and cradle/ mounting plate for £140 ono. Vertical tonneau in black faux leather and made from 15mm MDF - earlier type for sale on forum around 3 years ago, some people put a Z badge in middle and looks quite good although I prefer to keep it plain black - £30 ono.
  3. Got a set of these with laminated bushes ( failed MOT @ 22300 miles ) GGot a set of these for sale due to laminated bushes ( failed MOT @ 22300 miles ), ball joints as good as new. Can sell as they are or I can re- bush with whatever spec bushes you require. Open to offers either way.
  4. Good idea, bushes @ £38 from ZMANALEX I can get them pressed in at one of the engineering works I visit so should be able to make as slight profit and help someone out at the same time.
  5. Unfortunately due to holiday and work commitments didn't have time to get the bushes at a realistic price and fit them myself. Upshot is I've got 2 perfectly good arms ( and ball joints - only done 21 k at renewal) only need bushes replacing at a bargain price from ZMANALEX and good as new. If any good to you then no reasonable offer refused - collect or I can send. Cheers George
  6. Just had the beast in for a service and MOT. Failed MOT as the lower suspension arm bushes were worn and dealer says that the bushes can't be replaced , have to replace the whole arm 2@ £350 + each. Could understand if the Z had high mileage but only done 21300 ish, is this a common problem or have I just been unlucky and do you think it's worth taking up with Nissan ? Thanks.
  7. Thanks Guys ( & Lee ) Wife says I'm an impatient owd git - and she's always right. I'll catch up with Lee when the beast needs a service as M/boro's only a couple of hours from me and a good run over the 66. ta George
  8. I have a Bluetooth adapter & cradle for sale. Thanks Bud but I managed to pick up control unit, cradle and adapter from a dealer in Chesterfield for £105, all brand new and in it's box - hope it works !!! Ta George
  9. Thanks Mike Managed to pick up control unit, cradle and adapter from a dealer in Chesterfield for £105 - all brand new and in it's box. Tried pm'ing R35LEE twice and sent pictures to his hotmail address and left messages on his phone - no replies to any of them but I'll keep ZMANALEX in mind for the future. Ta George
  10. Hi Looking for a bluetooth adapter cradle and control box- looks like previous owner/ garage has done an ebay on me !!!!!!!!!! Adapter shouldn't be a problem as Pimms contacted me but no good without the cradle & control box so anybody in Z land able to help ? Ta George
  11. Hi Guys Following on from an earlier newby posting , it looks like I need to aquire a phone cradle & adaptor. Adaptor doesn't seem to be a problem as there are loads on t'internet ( or maybe someone on the forum can suggest a suitable supplier from our ranks ). Any suggestions where I can get a cradle / how much I should be paying / and does it matter what type I should get as the adaptor seems to be universal ? Cheers Mc1
  12. Hi folks Bought a 350Z last month ( wife forced me into doing it !!!!!!! ) so still playing with it to find out what it can do, although it got a good run up from Birmingham where I bought it - not too many of them around my area. Up until now it's definitely the dog's dangly bits. Low priority, went to set up the bluetooth but it ain't there, previous owner says he handed it over to the garage but they cant find it. Where it should be I've got a square co ax connector and a 9 (ish) pin block - presume I just need a cradle and bluetooth adaptor ? Cheers george
