  9. I thin re50 came in a 350z version tho i may be rembering wrong! 96Y maybe the speed/load rating i think Have a read of this http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/ ... ?techid=35 When you buy the RE50s or otherwise You select the speed rating sometimes and there are varients for specific models in some cases. These may have slight differences im not sure.. Maybe a marketing thing but you are normally fine. Price wise try camskill They are normally good. I would have thought RE50A should be fine. I cant check exactly what mine say... Cars in shop! http://www.camskill.co.uk/
  10. Admiral were very reasonable about it. Ring before 12am tho i found out today after 12am you may get put through to bangalore and they have no idea what they are on about...
  11. I just got off the phone to admiral. The bloke onthe phoen told me providing it was not for "cosmetic" resons (i.e. it looked and sounded oem) and there was no performance gain it would effectivly be the same as oem and they would not class it as a "Modification" and so would affect my policy. Ive been told different before but it may be worth having a chat with them and seeing if they will cover it and match your existing premium.
  12. Peronally i would replace the fronts with RE50s if you are uncomfortable with repairing.
  13. Barrier cream is an alternative. Not as effective as gloves but does the job.
  14. Happy birthday chap. Get anything nice?

  19. Ive no doubt chap What actually is it though?
  20. Having a read up on DS2500 pads and I found this "Please remember these pads are not reg 90 approved and therefore any car made later than 2000 should only use these pads on track!" Can anyone of you braking gurus explain a bit exactly what this means? I know plenty of pople use them on here on road and track but if they are not "approved" what does this mean if I have a braking "issue". I notice this information in absent from a multitude of other sites so is it a genuine "you may not be covered" situation. OR is it another piece of straight cucumber eu crap and only affects me if i go in to europe? From what I can see Reg 90 is to do with brakes being within 15% of the OEM requirements as well as various durability tests. Source is here http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/prod ... climb+Pads I am looking at a decent road setup with some possible track use and this is kinda putting me off the Ferodo pads till i know what it means in real terms. Ta! Roo.
