  1. Just a reminder we are doing the base Uprev tuning with pops and bangs on all 350Z for £370 Inc vat any date or time. Any questions ask away
  2. It isn't a solenoid issue I am afraid the datalogs from the ECU showing both cams aren't in the correct position @ idle. They where both showing -16 deg this will put the cam control in limp mode (cams control will not work) this would be as the ECU will not be controlling the soleniods The filter would of made no difference the DTC light coming back on maybe the de-cats causing this issue as I didn't leave a Uprev licesne in the car so the DTC for cat efficiency wasn't turned off. The car drove fine but was low on torque due to the cam control not working. I expect it would be one of the following issues 1, flywheel fitted in wrong position 2, cam chain stretched ans the cam sensors recording the cam is in the worng postion . Any questions ask away
  3. This should work , we can turn the DTC's off for the missing exhaust cams your lose the NATS thou or your need to have your keys re-coded. Will just need the DE maps pulled across to the REVUP ECU. Also allows us to live map the car when tuning not datalog and flash You can also use a US DE ECU this is what we used when we started to tune the UK DE for FI before we had enough data to tune these cars without live mapping, I think the ECU number is 23710-CF000 ( will double check)
  4. How much for the broken engine please , can pick up as well. thanks
  5. We have seem 100K+ DE cars making the same power as low mileage cars on our dyno. Also the oil usage doesn't seem to matter what mileage the car has done more to do with how a car is run in I feel as RichF has said above , we prefer to run the cars in our our dyno , hard and fast is the way forward.
  6. Pops and bangs don't need a ARC license but I not added pops and bangs to a 370Z running Uprev software, all the 370Z we now tune use the ECUTEK software. I imagine it can be done but will need sometime to have a figure out what the best way is to encourage a little pops and bangs. I will need to transfer transfer the Tuned data over to the new ROM file thou.
  7. We tune all the SVM car's for the guys there.
  8. We are just off of Junction 6 of the M25 in Surrey. http://www.abbeymotorsport.co.uk we can look after you and your 350Z no problem
  9. We have a couple of stand alone ECU's for sale for the DE and REV UP motors that we used for development both done very little work ONLY FOR MANUAL TRANSMISSION cars LINK/VIPEC PNP ECU http://dealers.linkecu.com/N350Plus Very good for FI upgrades with built in traction control/boost control. Currently retails at £1170-00 + vat (£1404 inc vat) Also has the Stock ECU backplate already fitted so no need to remove the back plate from you stock ECU £800-00 inc vat + Postage AEM Infinity PNP http://www.aemelectr...infiniti-g35-mt http://www.btnperfor...finiti-g35-m-t/ http://www.btnperfor...ogrammable-ems/ This kit also allows the stock Bosch LSU 4 lambda sensors to be used for closed loop control. These retail at £2213.99 inc vat Like the Link/Vipec ECU it is good for FI upgrades as has built in boost control for Turbo installations. This can be brought for £1000-00 inc vat Any questions ask away
  10. Yes it is , we are not carry stock at the moment Due to the strong US$ at the moment the cost of the Tuner cable has risen a little Current cost inc VAT but no shipping to you in Netherlands is £694-22 inc vat , I expect around £25-00 to ship to you. http://uprev.com/secure/store/management/osiris-tuner Any questions ask away Thanks
  11. not at the moment I am afraid , they are still £402-00 inc vat
  12. Alex, depends if we have tuned the car before? If we haven't we will need to start from scratch as we have no base map to start with. I expect around 3 hours dyno time, we are £100-00 inc vat per hour in our dyno room. If we have tuned the car before I expect around 2 hour smax. It was tuned by Horshams previously. around 2/3 hours.
  13. All our Uprev remaps are done on our dyno and we never use a generic remap , we do start with a good base map but the car is tuned to get the best performance. Thanks
  14. Alex, depends if we have tuned the car before? If we haven't we will need to start from scratch as we have no base map to start with. I expect around 3 hours dyno time, we are £100-00 inc vat per hour in our dyno room. If we have tuned the car before I expect around 2 hour smax.
  15. Running stock cats will knock the edge off the pops and bangs we find that all cars are different regarding the noise made by pops and bangs
  16. Spark plugs yes are a good idea , Compressions if your worried maybe a good idea. We can carry out these both without any issues.
  17. Okay is your car a DE Uk car? if so you cant have the ARC upgrades I am afraid. Uprev are working on the DE ROM but the UK cars have no extra space in the EPROM for the live mapping code so we doubt your get the ARC features , there is a way around this thou. If you have an REV UP or HR you can have the ARC features on-top of the normal UPREV remap , so if you have Flat foot shift and Launch control you need to pay £370-00 (which includes the stock UPREV license and tuning) + £100-00 inc vat for the ARC license + £60-00 for set up for the FFS and Launch making a total of £530-00 inc vat. any further questions ask away
  18. Still nothing for any DE cars at the moment. I will chase UPREV regarding this.
  19. As we have so much data for the Nissan 350Z (all 3 engine derivatives) we are going to lower the price on the NA remap on these cars. We have been £402-00 for a long time we are going to reduce this to £370-00 inc vat. This includes POPS and BANGS on all car but it wont be switchable on the DE UK cars The ARC upgrades are only available at the moment for the REV UP and HR models and at the moment it doesn't look like that the UK DE will be able to have the ARC upgrades due to spare space in the Eprom on the UK car, once we are given the go ahead that the DE upgrades are coded to other than the UK cars as long as you have cruise control and don't mind losing the NIssan NATS we can provide a solution so the DE Uk boys can have the ARC upgrades but will require a SH ECU. ARC upgrades are as follows; REV UP and HR cars with cruise control ARC License is £100-00 inc vat. Flat Foot Shift/ Launch Control and Burn out mode are all £30-00 inc vat per item. Any questions ask away. Thanks
  20. Only REV UP (296bhp) onwards at the moment I am afraid for UK cars. But If Uprev get the upgrades working in the other non UK DE cars I can sort your UK DE owners away to have all the upgrades but you will lose your NATS I am afraid.
  21. To confirm what the added BURN OUT mod upgrade with ARC License. How to activate: Burnout Mod Turning this feature ON results in the brake-throttle safety limiter being ignored. This will allow the throttle to open fully while pressing the brake pedal at the same time so that you can begin doing a burnout. Seems the stock car enables a throttle opening limit when the brake pedal is pressed together with the throttle pedal , stock car will still enable you to toe and heel.
  22. All the 350z motor's roll over power wise before hitting the stock rev limiter you will not get any gains from lifting the rev limiter on these motors.
  23. Uprev have been developing some upgrades over the last 6 months for a number of the Nissan models they provide software for tuners to use. At the moment this is for the 350Z Rev-Up and HR models and the 370Z models with cruise control fitted. Current upgrades are 2-Step Launch Control, Flat-foot shifting, Rolling anti-lag, Burnout Mod. Rolling Anti lag is only for the turbo cars. We have seen some issues with 370Z's tuned with ECUTEK with the flat foot shift enabled where the VVEL (variable valve lift) so we advise customers to not have this enabled on Ecutek we would say the same with UPREV Nothing has been released for the DE cars yet and the UK DE cars may not be able to have any of the ARC upgrades due to lack of space in the Eprom for the added code, we are still waiting for a definite answer from Uprev regards this but JDM De cars should be okay for the ARC upgrades. At the moment with the US $ being so strong against the £ the ARC license will be £100-00 inc vat. If the ARC license is being added to a previously tuned car we charge £30-00 inc vat per ARC item added. We have to swop all the data across into a new Uprev CAL file and then the items need configuring and checking on the road. Any questions ask away. Thanks
  24. Nistune requires a board to be soldiered into the ECU where as the UPREV is just a reflash via the OBD connector so no hardware needs buying or fitting.
  25. The burn out mode is needed to allow you to hold the car on the brakes while giving the car throttle. Normally with a 350Z as soon as you touch the brake pedal it shuts the throttle down. ARC add on license allows you to remove this so allowing born outs to be carried out.
