  1. Silenced decats still rasp and rattle mate
  2. The car may feel more understeery if you're on track though.
  3. 235 on front and 275 works fine. Just allows the rear a little more slip before tcs kicks in

    LOUDER!!!

Decatted, debunged buddy club ftw! Sounds awesome!
  5. What would you say the total bill was for the rally and expenses?
  6. There's no question about it, it's a sexy sound! Sounds very lambo like and goes pretty much like one too. Even aftermarket discs are crazy money for the m5. Defo not a car u want to scrimp on brakes for. It's a lot of weight travelling at a lot of speed.
  7. M5 guzzles fuel like you will not believe. Had first hand experience. Only has a tiny tank so you'll be filling up all the time. Two front discs and pads from BMW cost about 2k also. Be under no illusions with the buying costs. They are still a 500hp v10 hypersaloon
  8. It's not even the facelift 2006 either. It's a late registered 2005 car by the looks of it. So no 300ps engine, no new interior, no new style lights, and a hefty tax bill for nothing. For that money you'll get a decent proper facelift car with low mileage
  9. Yeah I totally agree! Tyres are a major factor. The 18" rays with r888's are crazy light. When driving on track the car feels so much more agile and you can defo have more fun
  10. The scratching noise sounds like the disc dirt guard at the rear of it. May be rubbing, dirt may be caught in it also. Check for scratches on the rear face of the disc, that's a sign of something being caught. If not the just bend it out a little. Clutch chatter is normal. As long as its not slipping you'll be fine. Drivetrain in the 350z is not the quietest
  11. Get ebc bluestuff if you're an aggressive braker, ebc yellow stuff are great pads. Red stuff is far too soft for the zed. Great value for money is ebc yellow stuff pads. Change fluid to RBF 660 and fit braided hoses at the same time. With that set up you should be fine. From your photos it looks like you have a stuck piston or two which has causes the uneven wear
  12. Naw it's the brownies yum yum
  13. Since when did chocolate melt on impact rather than with heat? Pothole from hell....filled with lava...maybe...? With the temps these days I'm pretty sure it will melt Or if it was over here in Jamaica with me it would defo be melting
  14. Difference between a cheap cast replica 19" and a genuine forged 19" i dont think the 19s are lighter than 18s as there more material but i could be wrong Sorry mate that wa a typo on my part. Laying in the sun in Jamaica and not paying attention. What I was supposed to have written was the oem 18" wheels (not rays) are still heavier than the nismo lmgt4 19". I'm not sure how the rays 18" and 18" nismo lmgt4's compare though.
  15. I have both the 18" rays for track with r888'a and the 19" lmgt4's for road and both feel great. The own 18's are still heavier than the 19" lmgt4's I'm sure.
  16. Like rota? Rota aren't that cheap though? no but there a 'Lightweight' wheel that's cast not forged I don't imagine they will be that light in comparison to forged wheels then. What's the weight of a 19" or 18" rim against the likes of the 18" rays, or 19" lmgt4's? I'm not that familiar with the likes of these wheels as I like the rays brand and haven't had to change
  17. Expect that to be pricey mate! Looks cool though!
  18. Like rota? Rota aren't that cheap though?
  19. Avoid clydewraps! Place in bonnybridge that do it. Can't remember the name. They used to work in the place that done mines and jays cars. Expect about a grand
  20. If your talking about the ones smudgedon was selling.. The brake thread was criticised heavily.. There was lots said about it. So get your facts rights before you start making a fool of yourself. I'm a long standing member here and will not allow this place to decline into an eBay profit making business. This place is by the members for the members. It's only what we put in that gives people reason to keep coming back. If we let this place turn into a profit makin business then nobody benefits. Trading is different as its new items but don't be buying stuff and selling a week later for more money unless justified. Edit: there was a reason I didn't post on the thread. So once again, get your facts right before you make a fool of yourself
  21. There plenty of 370z bit just come up for sale. Not sure what's left though. Welcome and nice write up!
  22. You won't get 19" lightweight wheels cheap I'm afraid mate. All lightweights wheels are generally forged and made by big companies. This is where the costs come from. I wouldn't trust a lightweight wheel that wasn't forged as it will melt like a piece of chocolate on the first decent pothole you hit
  23. Exactly this but if you sell the wheels as new once repaired without explaining the work and somebody buys them and has an accident due to the integrity of the repair, which they did not know about, may leave you in a very sticky situation
  24. How do you know what my intentions were buddy?? In the spirit of the forum people should not be ramping prices up to make profit! If you want to do that then go to eBay! We're not ruining for sale threads we are protecting members. Now the OP has justified why the price is more expensive it is in his favour for the sale of the goods. People can see the work has been done and it is in perfect condition. Stop trying to provoke argument buddy.
