how bigs the sticker ? seems like its prety common for some kind of permit , my last place we had little thing with your reg and extension on it so most just bunged down by the tax disc. unless we are talking big ole signage then just bung down there out the way .

fffeeew just cleaned out my driver side motor as it stopped agin and thumping it didnt work.....once i finally got the motor out it was obvious why it wasnt working . The brushes had jammed and were stuck in a pushed all the way out state sothey would barely contact the motors comutator so once these were freeed up all seems good and hopefully will stay that way !

got looooots of extension bars ? from what ive seen its no that hard as long as you cna get under the car and have some looonnng reach for the top bolts.

well im guessing with say 5-10 cars there they would get a good selection mods to get a feel for and by the end they should have good start point for pretty much any combo . good for us good for them

I see your point. Would be good to meet a few guys and get it sorted at the same time. same , £350 ish is pretty good going back in my ford days a bluefin cost that and that was just loading a generic remap. be good to see a bunch togother and see how they all stack up.

Members with stock cars have noted increased MPG from a remap. No changes in driving style, its always , just done another 200 miles including a drive to birmingham with other zed drivers that wasnt exactly "slow"!!! and its at 28.1... Speak to someone like Abbey and they can point you in the right direction as too mods as they have been trying a fair amount of combinations now to see what works best... If you are going down the tuning route then its worth getting a dyno to start to see what your working with and then (from experience!) its worth using the same dyno to see the gains! At least you can see thr % increases! You never know, you may be able to get a deal for a remap now and for any further tuning you may do.. last car i started tuning thats exactly what i did , had base run done to see exactly what i had started with then a few months later came back with the mods to see. I thnk after this little thread all those getting the carbon plenums abbey may see a huge rise in peeps getting remaps ! group dyno day some time in the new year ?

8mpg thats alot to gain ! surely that must be from changes to driving ? if it just the remap then i may have to forgo any body mods and make that a priority !

looking good , if you cna get over the bumps ok the get it lowered a tiny bit. saw one of the guys at ace with tein's and 13mm ish drop and made a BIG difference !

soon as im done wiht mods then il be down too. tbh the top end is reall ynot going to get used alot less a)dont liek your licence much or spend alot of time on the track. i mean 4th maxed is wayy over the speed limit so if your using your peak power then your heading for lost licence or forgot we have a 6 speed box (edit to make sense , seem to be making alot of nonsense posts)

paper license for me ticket i picked up was in new zealand.. like 7 cameras int he whole fricking country we got done doing 110k in a 100zone ! so lame not even doing 70 mph , least over ther though cameras cant give points only fines so if you got the cash thrash away !

erm actully the only jdm ive seen under the hood had a different intake ..... had a small resonator on the intake tube , didnt notice it being any larger though.

Hi Can'f comment on the nav as i dont have it but in answer to the rest. the bose amp, sub speakers all work fine , infact if they dindt there wouldnt be much point in the adaptor leads to make the new Hu work would there ! the volume will probably be a little down unless your HU has high volt pre outs or like my jvc can have the volume corrected. as for the last part once your at the point of new amps and speakers , yes run all new wires and ignore all the bose stuff from that point on , just like any other car . fresh leads to the amp and new speaker wire .

doesnt work , the buttons may do depends on HU. my Bt module is still place and powered up so my iphone see it but its not conencted to anything . not that its all that good anyhows you cant dial from the phone book etc , get new Hu with BT install rejoyce at the btter sound , usb and better BT !

well you get a little pocket there as standard , keep my hdd in there but i havent seen any covers id guess it would be a custom job .

me too ! the stock one is THE worst thing i ve to put up with since my my ford and that was years back ! bmw was nice and they did ncie carbon key rings , nissna nothing it is/was theyre top of the line car and gets this naff thing !

any updates on the scott , not that im inpatient or anythng.... must start carbonising car
