indeed , there is a reason why some amps seem to cost a fortuen but have quite modest power ratings .. they actually deliver it and cleanly.

herds mine , pretty simple setup really , alpine amp hidden under the glove box , hertz engery in the boot and a JVC double din up front wiht my iphone and hard drive hooked up.

+1 just get the newest lwoest milage you can really , modding more options on the older ones though or at least eayers to get hold of . but either way youl love it.

you could buy the parts in the states then post them back snail mail style to keep the cost down and if you openned them all wouldnt have to worry about lugging them about ro getting stung for customs since they wouldnt be new

just either get hold of a used uk intake pipe , cheapest option or buy a new alloy intake pipe . alloy will cost abit more but add some bling , .

like siad i dunno how your gona mount that sub , will neda huge box if you go ported (you know you want to) and its deeeep so it wont be mounting face up . should bea great once its done , would love to have a listen at meet . If your planning on making a full fiberglassed box i know some good suppliers for all that .

lol no more boot for you that 2.5k amp plus a second to run your comps (im assuming your gonna amp up a set of comps , please say you are) with the depth of that sub it will interestting to see how you mount it , can the alt hold it i dunno. only way i guess is look up the specs and see what she puts out , could try just starting wiht a big ole optima yellow for the battery and see. also depends if your wanting to run it all while the cars off , varios factors i assume you know all to well or will once your done fitting that lot !

+1 on some sort of window seal issue. i get lots of wind noise from my drivers side due to the window not being seated right. side note i see the pimped out dolorians quite abit due to living down the road from the dolarin owners club !

id bin it tbh mine now resides in the garage and is repalced wiht tyre weld. when i saw Ebized's 370 at the last meet i noticed they dont even come with a spare , just some tyre weld and a pump ! infatc im not evens ure they gave him a jack .

yeah some Headunit s have apair some dont or it could be thats its a front centre channel and you head unit has 5.1 output for dvds. either way not a problem really just run the 3 sets of rcas and hook them up the amp will only use the channels it needs or if you have a single lead from the head unit i sugges you test whihc one is the sub out put before putting the dash back. good luck and post up some pics as you should have a nice system started there.

yes you could just use one, id guess sub 1 but as thers only 2 choices trial and error wont take long will it . are you not going to use the rest of the amps channels then ?

well that amp is a 5 channel amp so youl need to connect all 3 sets of rca to amp. the sub1 sub 2 doesnt really matter thers just 2 because rcas tend to come as pairs. amp power is really easy , theres a guide somewhere in the guides section but basically you just take the cover off the battery area under the bonnet and youl see a big ole grommit. pop a little hole in with a sharp knife, feed the cable through and youl be in the passnger foot well .
