tyres sizes look off too ,fronts ok but rears need to be 30 profile since the Z has a bigger rear rolling radius (most wheel/tyre places arent aware). edit: oh and spacers , even if they clear the brembos it will look funny . get some pics once there on.

yeah all that does as it as i said is convert the speaker level outputs to line level but you have line outs already so just plug the phono from the new head unit in to the loom jobs done ! only issue is you may/will loose some volume.

why are you using the pac rom ? use the pre outs thats what there for ! the pac rom is onyl for really cheap units that dont have any/enough preouts any decent unit will ahve at least front and rear s just plug the unit in. rip your alpine out , swap mounts and facia plug pioneer in . rtbisuit , you wont need an antenna adaptor wiht the jvc as it takes the banana plug type that the z has so your good to go .

You haven't got your levels right then - I get fantastic vibrations through my seat .........in the base of my back Milo works best first thing i rippedout was that POS , serisouly take it out one day and youl see its not a real sub !

if yo have the cash for the combo (the ARTs aare quite expensive) check out the ARt pipes from motordyne paired up with an XYZ pipe with cat combo. mean to give the most power and stays MOT Ok plus the cat is only held in by v bands so could be swapped out of "off road " use easily. Abbey sell the lot as they deal with motorydne now .

all of those planning on tracking the car this year be carefull how loud you make them !

just seen the vid... does the bose actually work on that car then ? pretty sure i never felt any bass from mine !

tbh if it was me id just make some spacer from what ever left overs from the the boot build i had. youve gone thin comps so any spacer will probably work

have a look for some of the same depth on here http://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video ... guide.html and it should tell you whats needed , looks like most need either 1" spacer ring or the thinner ones like youve got can be mounted in the guts from a stock speaker.

not bad my best is about 400 with the dte at 90 somthing before i filled up so total nearly 500 50mph average speed check + cruise = 33mpg ! think the Z does pretty well when it has too

find em and run over them a few times see how they like it ! hope they get caught and things sorted out.

that would explain it if a dealer over there got some cars in but never sold them. just hope the owners ar aware they either got stuffed over or a discount.

wasnt for sale , was in the customer parking area so i guess it was in for service. had an 07 there too .... no bulge either but i think that was an overlap period wasnt it ? hope the customer with the 08 got big discount !

just been to nissan to pick up some touch up paint and while i was there saw an 08 plater parked up wiht facelift bumper and lights but no bonnet bulge ! didnt that come out with 07plates ..... so either its a fresh import (i doubt it) orrrr someone got a car that had been sat at the dealers un registered for over a year !

back on topic i think the general mob vote for not a good look wiht some saying OK if the cars slammed so low it wont be usable or you take thecar drifting alot. that sound fair ?

im assuming you had bose , and didnt use the pre outs ? if your fully amped now then all you rally take from the Z is the power , dimmer signal from the light and remote . if its all working id leave it unless your trying to take the amps out and use the bose amps OOrr im barking up the wrong tree.

Don't ever go to glyn Hopkins, they can't tell the diff between a 350 and a mirca and are well over priced, next time use Japex in Kings Langley, provided my own oil and the P1 service was £85 and ex nissan guys and know the zed very well theyre who im gona call since theyve done all the rest of my work

it's all down to money yes but it is nice to have a nissan dealer stamp on the service record even though it is just a oil change indeed id muhc rather get nissan stamped but im not paying and extra £100 for it .
