I had a very similar problem with my Zed a while back ... My issue turned out to be a faulty Crank Position Sensor... The best thing is to have the code read though before you do anything else..

I'm 30 years young with 2 years of NCB ... I only paid £770 back in December through Admiral which was by far the best the quote I got ... I was previously insured though their sister company Bell.co.uk ... who sent me a renewal quote of £1280! Not sure how that works .. LoL
