Yea it's definitely a cruiser, 3 speed auto, column shift, drum brakes all round, no power steering, but it is a 289 v8 (4.6). Il get some more pics today if it stops raining.

Not strictly true because I had a uk spec gt. I sold my z a few months ago, tried not having a car for a while, couldn't do it any longer. Then this cone up for sale and in always fancied having a big american v8. So..... I know it's a bit of a marmite thing. But I love it.

Yea it stops if you put the key in the ignition, but doesn't disarm on the fob or key in the door. I put a new battery in it that I got out of something else. I tried a reprogramming thing offline but it still won't have it.

My gf's cooper s has developed an alarm problem. I think the battery has ran out in the fob. Doesn't seem to work at all. However you can stil lock the car with the key and the alarm seems to arm itself as the indicators flash. However when you unlock the car, it doesn't disarm, you get in and get out again very quickly due to the loud screaming noise in your ears. Any bright sparks got any ideas?

Yea I was gonna put up a few random posts and then put an ad up on here, didn't wanna seen like I was just posting to get the posts. If a forum member was interested I'm sure we can come to a deal. I'm not the greatest speller, or computer operator. If I had done it on my phone spelling would of been perfect.

I shall see u there then. I'm in for a service and a few bits. I had a plenum spacer and decats done last time, all ready had a tanabe medallion pipe on and filter. The uprev got it to 267 at the wheels I think. But what to really look forward to is the driving experience after the uprev.
