This is what my failed compression arm bush looked like having dropped down That is the correct part to replace the whole banana arm though it is not a genuine nissan part unlike the ones from traders on here

Get some 4 wheel tracking done at about £100 or a bit more or keep buying new tyres at £1k every, 5000 miles..End of problem .. My tyres are fine WackyWill cheers. though just as is happens I'm getting my tracking done tomorrow after just having banana arm bushes replaced. Then a weekend of elbow grease then I'm good to go for Wales :-)

I've just checked my 452's. Looking at how the tyre is worn on the edge like that and if both inside and outside edges are worn id would also say the tyre has been run flat and for quite some time. As Pete said easy done on low profiles as I've done it in the past on a rear. A dear lesson learned being a 275/35/19 as it knackered the wall and I had to replace the tyre.

First one I've had so never compared others, must say the stand part can be a bit hit n miss though. Think the Smart Cover just covers the front I've got the smart case which covers front n rear.

I had super pro bushes fitted to compression arms , if it is the ball joint could the super pro bush be removed from old arm and fitted into new one ?

Hi folks today a creaking noise has started from the front drivers side when braking or turning right , I've recently had compression arm bushes and drop links at front replaced which has cured the knocking noises and now this creaking noise has started. Just got a bad feeling it could be compression arm ball joint now! Any ideas? Thanks

This is true in my case I thought I'd spend a few quid on mine this year to tidy the zed up.not going mad on modding but more mechanical and just general tidy up, replacing knackered bit n bobs. Started with the usual suspect of a stubby aerial and have now just ordered a new exhaust, Cheers Tarmac. ! As well as quite a bit of mechanical stuff. My wish list is slowly getting shorter. Like you say to to make the zed perfect in my eyes. Up to now Ive spent about 3k this year, though I've had my zed for about five years and other than a couple of sets of tyres and servicing that's all I've ever spent in that time so not too bad I guess. Great cars though and I think it's money well spent as I don't plan selling anytime soon.
