if it is to work with the current Bose amp, then they need to be of a specific Ohm rating (can't recall right now), there are Infinity Kappa speakers that fit the bill and are a direct swap out with no additional parts needed (apart from speaker rings maybe if you choose not to cut up the old speakers)

You only have to look at the rallies that the locals and fans are staging to keep The Ring from being sold off. Everybody is pitching in the best they can, lead by Sabine too. Deffo big community spirit around there.

Well, tbh, the people doing laps are usually friendly folk. When I turned up for the first time, I spotted an S2K with UK plates on and he had just came in from a lap, so I went over and asked how then track conditions were. He replied it was a little damp in places and then also asked what I was driving, to which I replied the Zed. He just told me to take it easy. Also helps if you speak german and then be a bit social with other owners that are hitting the track. Everybody there is there for the same thing and the main thing is to have a good time. Of course Dan, you will get progressively faster as you get used to the track, just don't go there and expect to be doing fast laps by the end of your first day there.

How many of you on this thread have actually driven on The Ring or been to visit. When I went all I had to do was go to the ticket booth, state how many laps I wanted to buy and then pay and go do my laps. At no point was I asked for any proof of insurance or sign a waiver form. Plus, who says you're supposed to hammer it around The Ring? My first ever lap was reconnaisance and just take in the sights while keeping to the right.

I only asked because I wanted to know where I would stand if I was in a similar situation either as a buyer or seller. Like I said before, caveat emptor applies as this is a private sale between two individuals. The seller didn't rush or push the sale, you by your own admission were in a rush, so lesson learnt for next time.

I hear that the buyer of these wheels has been to see StevoD, inspected them, paid cash and went on his merry way. Now at the end of the day, StevoD gets a call with claims that the wheels are flawed and wants a £50 refund or a full refund and return of the wheels. Not taking sides, but surely caveat emptor applies, no? I want to know for myself for future reference should I be buying or selling to forum members.

Take a small flat bladed screwdriver and carefully lever from either the top or bottom until you can grab the silver bit and then once the silver bit is off, you can undo two screws that hold the handle on. Then when handle is removed, you can yank the window switch trim. Removing the pad helps to get a hold of the trim too. Hope this helps
