  1. I ordered my 05 zed new with the Nismo Aero kit from the dealer. It should be on the original invoice when you ask to look at the paperwork. Assuming the prices for 54 and 05 were similar, brand new with the Rays and Nismo kit the original invoice should show purchase price of around £31k unless purchaser negotiated a big discount. Another sign to look for is the factory fitted kit should be absolutely mint. As for insurance, you will pay more with a factory fitted kit, but less than an aftermarket kit. Looks like a lovely car.....hope you get it for the right price.
  2. Goddamn........gonna give me nightmares.
  3. You didn't mention which event was more painful.......the dentist or the curbed alloy The nerves in my mouth are in a funny position. My top ones can be numbed no probs but can take 4-5 jabs on the bottom jaw and buggers still not numb Must be gebetic coz my 2 bros are the same. Still reckon damaging the zed is more painful. Was in a multi storey car park once and CRUSHED a sideskirt on a curb on a tight bend. It crunched on impact.....like a knife in the heart. Then crunched some more as I tried to manouver away . Hope the alloy fixes OK
  4. Pigeon "SHOUL'VE GONE TO SPECSAVERS"
  5. Who needs enemies with friends like this
  6. Sad thing is the cowardly little scrote will probably return and vandalise the poor blokes bike (in the early hours of the morning when poor guy is sleeping )
  7. Can't help with your "dotty" question , but at least your dealer SEEMS to be looking after you pretty well. Good service makes such a difference and is so rare YOU can't believe your ears . I'm sure it's all legit and hope you're happy in the end. £800 per ray alloy Seems so sad then that they fetch so little when sold 2nd hand.
  8. Sometimes I think my baby daughter could see or sense paranormal activity. When she was a few months old she'd be perfectly happy in your arms looking around. Then she'd fix her gaze somewhere and scream hysterically ......FREAKY. Thankfully alot better now she's 1 or I'd have really got the eebyjeebys
  9. Hopefully there is a zed with your name on it that'll turn up soon. GOOD LUCK
  10. Good to hear things are working out. As you said it may end up looking better than before with a perfect stone chip free front end
  11. Had this link about 6 months ago and forgot all about it It's updated regularly so good to visit once in a while. Last time I used it was on a buy 1 meal get 1 free at a grill type place. Guy on the next table was having TWO all day full English breakfasts by HIMSELF and each one was huge
  12. http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/printable-vouchers.html Just a reminder of this great link. From food to clothes.....BOGOF offers and discounts
  13. Love night shots. I reckon zeds look their best at night under street lighting etc. Keep the pics coming
  14. No real difference between P2 and P3 service on the zed, so I don't think your zed will be poorly. In fact exNissan centre Lockwood and Greenwood in Manchester told me to save my money as I was out of warranty and get a P2 instead of a P3.
  15. Maybe that zedder had REALLY TINY hands and you didn't see him wave .......or maybe too shy.
  16. Woohooo! Great news on the baby front I was never interested in babies until our daughter was born last year. Now I find all babies/toddlers amazing little people. We were in a similar dilemma. Wife loves her mini cooper as much as I love the zed and neither of us were budging. Believe it or not the mini is now our family car . Been OK so far for the first year with this arrangement. Added bonus is mileage is less on the zed with us using the mini for family trips.

  18. Got my LEDs on today. Got them off ZMANALEX due to my old ones collecting water.....looked like bleeding goldfish bowls Anyway I found old ones a bit stiff to remove. I reckon being long and slim at one end they can flex a fair bit on removalif not careful which can cause cracking and the resultant GOLDFISH BOWL mod My car had been back and forth to Nissan several times in the past for the boot release latch and rear bumper repairs so that could be why mine cracked. So be careful when removing clusters for smoking the lenses etc
  19. I did mine in the snow the day holdcrofts released them. That was in the olden days when you had to modify them with a stanley knife.... I couldn't feel my fingers at all! That's hardcore ! I feel like a woos now
  20. Looks nice Hope it's not raining tommorow so I can put mine on.
  21. The road round the corner from me has been done 3 times in the past 9 years. The council leave a sign at the ends of the road "LOOSE SURFACE. RISK OF SKIDDING" and that's it. The first time I thought they were coming back to "finish off" the job properly, but they just leave our cars to "roller" half the stones into the road and "fling" the rest all over the place. Worst thing is the section they always "resurface" is a long sweeping bend which gets more wear, but this must be the most dangerous to have a loose road surface especially as there are pedestrianised pavements on both sides. DEFFO A FATALITY WAITING TO HAPPEN
  22. Option 4 looks the meanest Maybe you could try it with a vinyl wrap in the centre so if you're not happy peel off and back to stock?
  23. I will do my ANTI-rain dance for you next week to scare away the clouds What colour did you go for?
