  1. I posted pics of the concept a while back, really thought I would have one of these when it's out. But that rear pillar ruins the car IMO. Just looks awkward from most angles
  2. I'm pretty sure they can't refuse a refund just because the packaging is open?
  3. A bit of a random thing to sell on here lol Why won't they refund you?
  4. Normally I would agree with that. But last night I came across this on driftworks. Black with anthracite rays and it actually looks pretty good http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-cars-sale-private-sales/244326-2004-nissan-350z.html
  5. He wasn't going to get a subtle colour was he? After seeing that black one on here last week I didn't think it would suit vibrant colours but it looks amazing in orange
  6. You've been talking about a track car for donkeys mate- pull your finger out and get it done! still remember your old rx7 drift videos Nice porker mate. Thought about one as a resto project last year but decided it was too sensible for me lol. Got an mr2 but an NA sadly

I do get annoyed opening this thread for updates. Bought my mr2 not long after you got this. All iv done so far is change the Wien gear knob and gaiter. Other than that it's sitting with a flat tyre, an expired mot and needing new brakes, under a pile of snow Picked a bad time for a project car not long after I bought a business but I will get it started one day! Is yours a daily driver?
  8. Awesome mate.... What's it like? Have to say even though your car list is pretty impressive- this is the only one to merit a lambo replacement, the rest were backwards steps Enjoy it
  9. I think the blue would go well against orange Don't know if I agree with engine size and exhaust width. Plenty of 2.0 sports cars out there that would be fine with a 3" exhaust
  10. Square plate, 17" 7 spoke wheels and 2002 The square plate changes the proportions at the back
  11. http://www.iabodyshop.co.uk Pay these guys a visit. Not cheap but the work is good. Ask for Imran he owns the place
  12. Hold out for a red one they do look good in red. Can't remember how deep the Nissan reds are but in terms of "life" and fading- it's all in the maintenance of the paintwork. A good detail will sort any lifeless paintwork There were 2 reds depending on year- chilli then rosso That one above is an import. Nothing wrong with the rear screen- the plate is square hence the rear looks different Insurance won't change with colour but price tag could. More desirable colours like red and blue tend to get more attention than grey and silver
  13. Where abouts are you? There's RM bodywork in East Kilbride, IA bodyshop in the east end
  14. I'm not a fan of the enkeis either. A lot of people love them but they've never done it for me What about cosmis wheels? They not lightweight racing wheels with good sizes?
  15. Gonna get an mot then get the project into full swing. Not driven it in 3-4 months
  16. I saw your cars that day and waited by them but didn't see you guys. Spoke to your daughter briefly she said you guys were in the briefing before going on track On another note- that guy in the silver scooby who lost it on the track in front of Hammond- the thread on that forum will be very different to this thread
  17. It just finished on Dave ja vu Try googling last top gear it should be on youtube Edit: season 22 episode 8
  18. Probably a repost but only saw the japfest episode today
  19. Not posted pics of mine in a while.... Why not? still missing it 3 years on The day I got it After

    S15 query

Show car zed as your daily and an s15 drift toy would be awesome

    S15 query

So your keeping the zed? That's ok then Leave the zed as it is with a few tweaks here and there and go all out on the Silvia

    S15 query

Iv always liked the look of s bodies, have considered the 14 and 15 in the past myself But surprised no one else asked zeppojeff- how can you consider a stock s15 when you've not finished your build??
  23. I can't remember the cost it was a while back. Don't think it was too bad I think zmamalex should be able to supply the sensor
  24. I had that as well, a few members have now. That's what my money would be on
